NillPros: the location was good for what we needed. Amenities were amazing. Cons: description of site did not match reality. The Grove is grass, no concrete pad. G1 doesn’t even have a good way to back in. We had to just park around a different road. One bathroom and shower house completely closed. Then the only remaining bathhouse, on the other side of the campground only had one women’s shower stall working for the entire campground. One shower for over 250 sites. Front desk did not care. I wish they had communicated all this before we arrived. Offer to give us a site closer to the bathhouse. Half the place was empty. I paid $80 a night to sit on grass with no bathhouse close. Would not recommend.

★★★★★The online check-in process was great. We were led to our site who helped guide us into position and showing us the proper hook-up to use. The campsite had a concrete patio with a gravel pad and plenty of room. They were conducting a lot of maintenance/improvements such as paving in the corners a new water system and it appears they had just recently replaced the sewer connections at each site. They were also performing some sort of cleaning of the sewer mains that was blocking some of the streets with the equipment. But they sent someone to escort us out so that we could safely bypass all the equipment. Overall, we enjoyed the experience.

NillWe always stay here when we travel to and from the Keys. By far one our favorite parks! The trees around the park provide great shade, and the folks that work there are always helpful! Never a bad experience!

NillWould’ve been nice if the office told us before we were woken up at 4 AM that the chickens cuckoo like there’s no tomorrow. Here’s another tip they probably won’t tell you: YouTube white noise to drown it out. Park was otherwise quiet which was nice and there’s a path around the entire place with a lot of nature, of course pretty basic and flat, but that’s Miami and Florida for the most part. Check out the little farm stands and wineries nearby. Pool and hot tub actually worked!

★★★park needs a facelift. greenery is beautiful. very good area and close to Miami. hot tub never worked. bathroom facilities need an overhaul! staff was very helpful. the residents we talked with have been coming for years and stated they had been dealing with same issues for a while.

★★★★★Water handle was missing and needed to use wrench to turn on and off. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool was warmer than the hot tub. Both were reported but NO action was taken. The staff was great and professional. The park was well maintained and clean

★★★There were no activities. One bathroom was closed completely and the one that was open only had a single shower to use. There was also a problem with people stealing from the washers and dryers during our stay. We did not encounter this. The pool was also closed for a partial day during our stay.

NillThe Encore Miami Everglades RV park could be very nice. They have a nice gathering area by the office with gas grilles that are always locked. My issues are as follows: 1- Only two bathrooms for the pool, hot tub, laundry, and office. located behind the office and a long distance away from the pool, hot tub and activities. 2 - The three bathrooms and shower facilities are near the worst we have experienced. Of the 4 showers 3 were out of order, the same for toilets. 3 - During our stay last year the pool heater was broken. This year it was just fixed but the pool has not heated up yet. 4 - There are no concrete pads to park on and the spots are not level, so be sure to bring leveling blocks. 5 - Currently, the entire park is being dug up so all the water and sewer pipes can be replaced. The streets have large cut areas needing filled where new pipes have been installed but are not in use yet. 6 - I’m not sure who decided putting the septic system next to the pool, laundry, and office was a good idea. The smell is noticeable but not nearly as bad as last year. 7 - If you want internet it’s a third party pay by week or month. 8 - Read all the rules and regulations and charges for late checkout. 9 - This will be our last stay here.
