I arrived at endless summer to be greeted by very friendly front desk and management personal. My site is in the long term area. Everything is just perfect!! I didn’t get my bathroom trailer facility going for a few days and used the shower and restroom daily. It was always in the same condition. NICE!! I was a long maintenance man for a large company . Hats off to the maintenance crew. On the spot everyday keeping things nice. The laundry facility is amazing! Brand new. Open air the most pleasant place I’ve done laundry. I’ve been here a few weeks but I can see there just consistent every day good. I look forward to continuing to stay here

Checked in because we got displaced due to Hurricane Milton, not knowing how long we would need to be there. First site was “sloppy” as it was a low lying grassy area. Moved to a site across the road with a concrete pad and seemed ok until I plugged in and wasps came flying out of the electrical box. Friendly worker sprayed wasp spray into the box to kill the wasps but I think that caused additional problems. Connected to sewer and noticed it was uphill from the site. Needless to say, it didn’t drain well. Electrical seemed to be ok until we returned from running errands to find the master switch flashing for a bit before the rig shut down. Even though we were plugged in and all lights were green indicating power to the rig, we were running off battery power-we had drained the batteries. Decided to leave that first night as we didn’t feel comfortable remaining plugged in. Called the next day to get a refund for the unused portion of our stay (two add’l days) and we were told their policy doesn’t allow for it, even though there were plenty of unused and available sites. One would think they’d be a little more understanding in light of the hurricane and uncertainty of being able to return home. Apparently not. Would not recommend as a destination or even a stop-over.

We camped here for a week last week and had a great experience. We had the buddy spot and it was perfect for us and our friends to share. Some of the spots looked a little tight, but after researching campgrounds in FL, I see many are like that as well. I was a little worried because the park is pretty quiet and we had kids, but everyone was really nice. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. All of the other campers were friendly and talkative. In fact, our garbage can must have flown away while we were away and someone found it and put a brick in the bottom of it for us so that wouldn't happen again. Kids loved the pool and the campground was clean. I would stay here again, the location was also perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Campers beware!!! We recently stayed at this campgrounds and had several key issues that I would like to inform potential future guests. ||First, the electrical boxes are not up to code and ours had a faulty neutral wire, which caught fire in the box and caused damage to our camper's electrical system. We called a mobile rv technician who tested the box and informed us of all the code violations, alongside repairing our unit. I called into the after hours line and the manager (Jeff) told me that there was nothing we could do for the evening, so we had to stay one night with no electricity and he would reach out in the morning with further directions. The next morning, I had to call the manager again because we still had no power and he hadn't reached out yet. Fortunately, the campers two lots down ended up leaving and we were able to plug into their electrical box stretching a 100ft cord to reach our lot/camper. We did have to make another call to the mobile rv technician for further damage repairs because of the original faulty electrical box. Speaking with Jeff, he had no remorse for the damage caused to our camper because of their non compliant electrical box, and refused to compensate for the damages to our camper and stay, including the first night with no power. ||Second, this is not a kid friendly campground. We had a total of three different groups of campers and several children and all of our children were yelled at several different times and we were informed by management that this was not a kid friendly campground and was a retirement community. If this is so, there should have been specific verbiage written in the rules and we would have booked elsewhere. Not to mention, they should take the children's playground set away if they don't intend on guests using these amenities. Be careful if you take kids into this campground, you will be profiled. ||Finally, these lots are so tight that you need a Class A CDL to maneuver your unit into its spot (which I have). The campground has staff to try and assist you into your spot but they have no knowledge of maneuvering, nor how to properly assist you and are extremely rude. If you arrive first thing in the morning, you will have to ask your neighbors to move several vehicles just to reach your spot. Once you park your unit, be very careful with your awning and slides, as they will touch your neighboring campers. ||This is by far one of the worst campground experiences that I've ever witnessed alongside horrible customer service. If you do choose to conduct business with this campground, make sure that you are using a surge protector for your unit, a lawyer on standby for any damages that their non-compliant boxes may cause, and an extra set of eyes to help assist you in backing into your extremely tight lot, as the staff have no idea what they are doing. I would not even give this a 1 star, if 0 was an option.

Way overcrowded, hard to get in your spot, worse to try to get out of. No sewer hookups. They claim they come around every 3 days to pump your tanks out. I arrived on Sunday, Monday they pumped me out. My gray water was full by Thursday they told me that they wouldn't be by until Friday to pump me out. When I told them I was full and leaving early Friday AM and wanted to dump the tanks before I left, they told me it would be an extra 30 bucks. I already paid for full hookups. Why is there another charge to dump after 4 days. The place is a mud pit when it rains, there's no gravel or concrete in the majority of the spaces. Other than that, it's a real swell place.

I was here for 2 years and I just want to say Jeff, Janet, Fred, Elizabeth, John and lil Jo were so helpful and just listened to me no matter what it was about. It could be my day or an experience I had and they just always knew the right things to say. You guys were my emotional support staff and I appreciate every single day I had with you guys! I miss you all so much and hope you all know I will never forget Endless Summer and the friends I met along the way! Love & miss you all! Miami isn’t the same without you guys!

Sites are extremely close together with no firepit nor picnic table. We reserved a full hook up site but found they only have a few of these sites so instead they come pump it out twice a week and if you need it before the next time you have to pay $20 for an extra time. Didn’t see any of this in our paperwork and only found out from nearby campers. Dog park was disgusting.
