Peaceful Winds RV Park Campground

This is a very nice campground, tent or RV camping with all hookups, the bathhouse was clean and pleasant the playground kept our grandkids occupied safely and within view. Lots of trees and fairly level ground. Miss Rita, the hostess is a really nice lady who is concerned with your comfort. We very much enjoyed staying there and would use it again

It is very quiet and love the tall trees. Rita is very friendly and helpful. The monthly rate is very affordable. It is near a little town and trails. Staying a second month. Full hookup and primitive available. Has playground, bathrooms, showers, and large lots.

Beautiful setting. Your hostess has a gifting for hospitality and interior design. The trees offer a special serenity. Cute play yard for kids. Many options from which to choose. Centrally located if you want city culture, access to Lake Michigan, or river adventures. I loved my 10 day vacation, returned home refreshed and feeling better than when I arrived. Please schedule your visit now through Early November.

Do NOT stay here!! The owner will let herself in and snoop thru your stuff when you’re not there. My wife and I stayed and found her keys on the table after she let herself in and forgot to grab her keys. I know she was in there and they were her keys because I pushed a button on the keys and her car lights went off. That is a serious invasion of privacy and I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to stay there. If I could give negative stars I definitely would.

An awesome place! Well kept, large camp sites, a trail at the back of camp. It has pull through and back in sites with 30 and 50 amp on sites. Also has primitive spots. Clean showers and bath. I'll definitely be back.

This is my 2nd time staying here and we absolutely have fell in love with the place. Absolutely quiet and relaxing and Rita is an amazing person.. Update 1 year later after our first visit we will be bringing our camper up there in 2 weeks for our permanent camping spot. Rita has done so many amazing things there. If you’re looking for complete relaxation and riding trails, this is the place for you!!!

This park is awesome. This park is very pretty, competitively priced, and the women who runs this park is one of if not the nicest women I’ve ever met. She had such an impact on me that I still communicate with her on Facebook to this day. I’m just a Texas boy and don’t know much about nature but around 6:00-8:00 am I’d walk outside and it was the prettiest/peaceful experience ive ever had. The sounds that would come from the birds and environment echoing off the trees in the forest was an awesome experience. 10/10 recommend this park Stay in this park, pay cash, and be nice to Rita!

Wonderful time camping. We have been going to the camp for years and saw it decline, so bad we did not go the last 2 years. What a difference the new owners have made! Clean and friendly, so happy to have our favorite camp ground back. Would definitely recommend now. Rita has made amazing changes for the better!😊❤️
