NillWe rented a cabin. 3 adults and it was a little small but very nice for our fantastic visit to Nashville. Very beautiful campground and wonderful staff. They are helpful and friendly. We did have lunch at the Cafe and it was very good and nicely priced. Highly recommend.

NillThe park is in need of maintenance and updating. Our “premium” patio site was cracked and the fire pit was falling apart. This site was over $100 a night at a 30% discount. The pool was nice but hot tub jets were not working. The girl at the desk just said she thought maintenance had been working on it but seemed disinterested. Also the hot tub clearly states adults only but it was always full of kids and the staff was not interested in enforcing the rules. The bathhouse near us was a mess and seemed to never get cleaned. Half of the lights were not working so it was always dark. We had tornado warnings while I was there and everyone was in or near the bathhouse most of the night. The next day the bathhouse was full of dirt and dog hair and was not cleaned until I called. The store charged me almost $20 for a six pack of beer and over $11 for a bundle of firewood! I am ok paying a small upcharge but this is just taking advantage and exorbitant. For the price charged they should do better. I would likely stay somewhere else the next time.

NillGreat music location. We spent a one-night camping layover at the park. It was a great location if you are in Nashville for the music. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to music venues. The sites were level and gravel, most being pull-through. We picked a 'peaceful' spot and it was nice and quiet all night long.

NillHad a wonderful time in the park, pool, clubhouse area, great entertainment and notification process. Very clean park with courteous staff. Only downfall, don't even try to call the office, they NEVER answer the calls. Front office staff are too busy with check-in etc and are expected to also answer the phones. They definitely require a dedicated answer clerk.

NillFrom check in to departure, Every KOA employee we came in contact with was friendly and eager to help. Very well managed and staffed. Live entertainment each evening by the heated pool. Poolside grill, open daily 8a-8p, with a great selection and excellent service.

NillI am so happy that I came across this place and gave it a try. Not only did I love my stay I looked for more locations and booked our next cabin rental 5 hours north on my way home. There are so many activities for the kids to do at this location; ping pong, pool, giant checkers, giant chess, outdoor bowling, jumping pad, basketball court, community fire pit, board games, DVDs, hammocks, pickle ball, pool this location sts open 24/7 & heated but it was cold for me, (I'm sure I'm missing something) They offer fire starters and wood at a price of course for your camp and we took advantage of that. There are clean bathrooms and showers my kids are picky and no one complained about cleanliness. Great food offered as well as delivery to the cabin as well as super friendly staff. The lady who checked us in was phenomenal. The cook was polite and helpful. My only complaint was that my son did get hurt on the jumping pad and I was very worried and almost called the ambulance. Please go over the dangers the kids can face on the sides of the jumping pad what happened to my son I don't want to see happen to anybody else. There is a gift shop and Jacuzzi.

NillWe had a very pleasant stay here. It was clean and safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our site was relatively level, had a tree, grass and nice patio. Lots to do on the grounds, pool, pickleball, entertainment, activities, food, nice store, dog area, laundry, etc. They also have recycling. Little bit of traffic noise from interstate, but it didn't bother us.

NillThis was our first time at the Nashville KOA resort. All the amenities were great from the sites, cafe and all the fun activities for young and old. My one BIG complaint was the handicapped facility near our site in row W. The women’s room was clearly marked handicapped accessible, however there were NO handrails in the toilet area or shower room. Therefore this was NOT ADA compliant. My husband is wheelchair bound. I was not able to get into the men’s room that was also marked handicapped accessible but I’m assuming it was the same. Because there was a step up on both entrances to the men’s room he was unable to access the facility. Due to his disability we only travel by RV. We loved our stay there and would definitely come back. On our way out today I informed the girl at front desk my concerns and am hoping she relayed them to management. PLEASE consider making these changes so all can enjoy your campground.
