It is a wonderfull friendly RV resort with lots of activities and thing to do. The staff and people in town are realy kind and nice to winter texan. If you reserve talk to Rachel for a fantastic service!! The pickleball inside air conditining court is very nice and people can play all day long.

This is a 55+ living with indoor pickleball a/c, state of the art floor. Many aminities. Not a hotel. You can rent a park model, fully furnished except food from individuals or mgmt. Or rent a space for short term for rv

Concerts are great there. But I would never live there people are rude and childish.

Very nice RV Park and well maintained. Restrooms were clean & functional. The lake was really down & not much of a lake. Plenty of activities so no need to be bored. We did attend one dinner & music was a good time. We also attended a tribute concert at a reasonable price. We would definitely go back to this park

Love this 55+ RV Park! Great location and can’t say enough nice things about the amenities, events, activities and staff. Very nice heated pool and hot tub. Shuffle board, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, horseshoes, exercise room, cards room, billiard, darts, library, mail room. In season diner for breakfast and lunch. Dog park. Very friendly, clean and quiet.

Sunshine RV is a vibrant and warm place with many great activities. We were there for only two weeks and were able to attend two concerts, happy hour dance, two dance lessons, wood shop three times and have a presentation on healthy plant based eating. Still so many activities for next time! What a special place! Everyone makes you feel welcome. We look forward to coming back for longer.

We arrived to the park with no prior reservation and the very friendly staff in the office was able to find us a great pull through site for our motorhome. We had only planned to stay two days, but decided to extend an extra day. We just popped into the office and had no problem with the extension. The property is a great mix of snowbird cabins, some owned and some rented, and well kept RV's of different sizes. The park has many amenities and all of the common areas we visited, including showers, are very clean. There is a great dog walking area and also an enclosed dog park for your pups. Since this property has many snowbirds present, there is a community calendar full of planned events for all to enjoy. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I pass through the Rio Grand Valley.

Entertanment, fellowship and warmer weather. All can be found in this park, it’s the reason we come back every year. We truly enjoyed our trail dance lessons given by Cam and Sandy, great teachers, don’t lose them. I took the stain glass classes, really enjoyed creating, again, excellent teachers
