The Boulders at Lake Tyler

We stayed at The Boulders for a weekend getaway, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The cabins were clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The view from Cabin 3 was absolutely spectacular—such a peaceful and relaxing setting. One of the best parts was that my son could go fishing anytime he wanted and caught plenty of bluegill all weekend long! The park is very well-maintained, and the bait shop had all the essentials we needed. And we can’t forget the funnel cake from the food truck—delicious! We can’t wait to come back.

There's no place like it anywhere around... High end, but affordable, outdoor luxury. Everything you need in one spot. The bait shop has ice, drinks, snacks, and anything you need to wet a hook including a fishing license. Hot? A couple of bucks gets you to the covered dock with fans and seating. Or grab a snowcone or iced coffee. Food truck on-site with the best of everything. Paul, the manager is great. The staff are awesome and helpful. Wish I could have kept it a secret, but word is getting around...

We rented an rv site for 3 nights as we were just passing through on way back east. As soon as we got there & saw gorgeous Lake Tyler, we didn't want to leave! What a beautiful place to camp! Loved the woodsy feel of the setting & the vintage signs! The staff could not have been any nicer! Just an overall great experience, but too short!

I rented the event center at the Boulders for my daughter's baby shower. It is PERFECT. The location is beautiful, and the building itself is huge but still very cozy and comfortable. You don't have to decorate that much because the place is already charming on its own. Jessica, who is the event coordinator there is so incredibly helpful and friendly. I really appreciated her and all of her help. I would recommend The Boulders 100%.

We stayed in one of the RV sites while traveling through and it was a 5/5 experience from the moment we checked in! So kind and hospitable. They gave us a warm welcome, guided us to our spot, and directed my husband as he backed in. Extremely clean and well kept. The bath house was very clean. The sunset was gorgeous this morning! Just wish we had more time here. BEAUTIFUL!!!

Our favorite place for a weekend getaway. We love the lake views, campsites, boat ramp, local deer that visit the green spaces every evening, and great amenities!

Awesome place. It was fairly quiet for how any people we’re staying. They had an Easter event for the kids on Saturday that was pretty cool. I’d definitely recommend staying there.

We stayed here for a couple weeks with our 44ft 5th wheel to visit some friends. The park is beautiful! The views of the lake are amazing. Although we didn’t have a sewer hook up, we managed. The sites are concrete slabs & very spacious with very large fire pits. The cabins & glamping tents look very cool. The park has all sorts of amenities. We weren’t able to utilize all of them being it’s the dead of winter. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the field every evening. The staff/work campers there are exceptional, especially Jered & Trina who went out of there way to make our stay an awesome experience. I would only suggest a dog park & doggie poop stations throughout the park. The area is great for walking our dogs! They are steadily working hard to add more amenities. It’s a short drive to town to get what you need. We would most definitely stay here again!!
