NillNOT DOG FRIENDLY!! 4th of July Weekend. Got kicked out for our dog barking at someone. They were allowed to yell at us, call us names, ex… and WE were kicked out. Our dog was on her chain and on our plot. We were given no chance to explain our side of the story, and weren’t given any chance to stay. They kicked us out, charged us full price for the time we were supposed to stay there, PLUS they even added additional charges to our bill including shirts, hats, and sweatshirts that we had not purchased bringing our total up an extra $100 or so. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behavior.

NillNice campground. Large sights, and separated by trees. A quiet and restful campground. 5 or 6 cabins. Sights have electric and water. Open year around. Bathrooms are clean, plus laundry available. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Camp store has needed supplies. Things to do-- miniature golf, ice cream, and swimming at Keyes Lake which is across the road, ski/tubing hill and frisbee golf, lots of ATV trails. We climb the ski hill (169 steps one way). The view at the top is beautiful. Stayed here with a 30ft trailer. Would stay here again.

★★★★★Campsites and cabins are wooded and nicely spaced apart. Keyes Lake boat launch and beach is within walking distance across the street. Ski hill with summer use hiking trails and disc golf within walking distance. Easy ATV/UTV trail access. Really good ice cream in the lodge area. Campground owners are very friendly and helpful.

★★★★Nice place. Easy in and out. I didn't give 5 stars because of minimal shade trees, but that may be due to local weather conditions that are out of their control. Very close to camper friendly gas sataions. Nice camp ground. I would stay in again.

★★★★★We needed a break for the Coronavirus.. found this gem in a google search and decided to take a chance. Our chance paid off and we couldn’t have had a better time. When all other places were closed due to the virus, Cindy picked up the phone when we called and said YES come stay we are open!! We had the perfect site ( which I’m keeping to myself 😉) but there are plenty of great sites! We arrived thinking restrooms and showers were going to be closed but they had just gotten the ok to open back up. We brought our trail bikes and road for two 2 days. Trails start right from the campground which is a bonus! Some friends came up mid week and we hiked to some beautiful waterfalls. A must see is LaSalle Falls but Dave and Cindy are well prepared with maps, destinations to see and trail maps if your riding. We can’t say enough about how accommodating Dave and Cindy were the whole week. Highly recommend them and I know we will definitely be repeat customers!! Thanks for a great week and taking back home priceless memories.

★★★★★The owners are very friendly, and do a great job making their campers feel welcome. We had no problems, and have not found another campground so well maintained!||I do like that the owners live on premise and are at everyones Beck N Call. They have a list of rules on their flyer, which I love rules. In regards to a review written on here, Quiet time is 10PM-8AM, So I see no problem with noise at 8AM, and I have never stayed at a campground where you don't put your own garbage in the dumpster as you leave.

★★★★My wife and I went for Sat. and Sun. night in a tent on Aug13 & 14 2017. The site we were on is a group site and we had our pick of area. The site is large open with 4 fire rings and tables and what was a amphitheater. It was great because on both clear nights you had a great view of the stars. The new owners are nice and very accommodating. The campers I meet and talked with very friendly , many were Nam Era age and if we had been there longer we would have done stuff together. I would have given 5 stars but some problems existed that were not the owner fault and they did supply potable water in milk jugs for free. If I had the camp ground I would look for a local guitar player that knows the 60's folk songs and have them play in them play in the theater Wed. nights. Also a local history/story teller for alternate weeks with the singer. Label some of the plants in the area. Over all a nice camp with good showers, toilets, and spaced out pota-poties. We are planing to return to see more of the sights and relax.
