I'll start off by saying that we have gone here for the last 16 years. Ever since KOA took over however, it's gone consistently downhill. The rates are through the roof, you have to pay extra to select your site, the sites themselves are barely as big as a single car driveway, "grassy" patches are barely patches so pitching a tent is nearly impossible & WiFi is weak. We've always gone during the Halloween weekends & used to enjoy the contests & events. People USED to go all out. Not anymore. Trick or treating is barely over an hour long, which is ridiculous & I can say with certainty that the contests are definitely fixed. Winner of best site this year just plugged in 2 inflatable ghosts. A slap in the face to the few of us who put in a lot of work & creativity. The sites are so small & narrow that you're practically on top of one another & the ground is either unlevel or denser than cement so you struggle terribly to stake anything down. If you need to speak to anyone or ask a question, file a complaint, etc, better do it early cause by 7pm the staff (made up mostly of part time teenagers) are out of there like a gun shot. On the plus side, I will say that the bathrooms are very nice. Running water, plenty of space, privacy & relatively clean. They have a nice little gift shop in there. Expensive but nice & offer food delivery to your site if you're not the grilling out type. We also love their haunted house & the guy who runs it. Very well done. Since the things we loved about the place has diminished so much in recent years, I guess there's really no reason to go back. We can just "camp" anywhere.

Small, narrow sites. $30 for permission to use your own golf cart. Nothing here. Here with friends, it will be fun. Not coming back. No thanks. Update: We can have 6 guests per site. There is a man at the front gate charging our guests $5 each to enter. We have 3 people sleeping in a camper on a site and are told the parking passes that come with the site are for "husband and wife only". So any kids or other guests have to pay. So what is the 6 guest limit for, paligimists only? This place is a money sucking hole. I paid the $5 for my friend to enter, and the man looked at me and said, "What is this for?" Was he on drugs? That is the $5 he is scamming from my friend. People in the store weren't any better. It was just cold dead stair from everyone. Weird.

The Milton KOA Holiday is our 160th stop and we stayed for 11 nights. While we were here, the park celebrated its 31st birthday but they have done an excellent job keeping it updated. The property is huge and has so many amenities (soccer goal, pickle ball, frisbee golf, huge pool area and more) and activities throughout the season (anniversary, corn roast, water fest, fireworks, etc.). Check in was a fairly routine process but customer service at the desk included an eye roll when questioned about an early check in. We chose a standard full hook up site away from the amenities which I would recommend if you don’t have kids and want some peace and quiet. There are many site types/price range to choose from based on your needs and many shade trees throughout. Trash and recycling is picked up and had a package deliver to the rv which is not common. The laundry and bathrooms are updated and clean and the grounds are nicely maintained. The interior roads and pads are gravel and in decent shape except for the dust/mud (a lot of it - need to invest in actual gravel). The only detractors are the size of the dog park given how much space is available and too many golf carts going down the wrong way of the street (especially the weekends). Overall, would rate a 4.4. Connectivity (3 pm): Park WiFi 9.11 down/1.12 up; T-Mobile 674.0 down/12.9 up; Verizon 459.0 up/1.23 down

We checked in 4 hours after check out and found there was a camper still on our site. We paid the extra fee to select our site. While the staff did contact the owner to move it (mind you after we informed them of this being the case), then us waiting several hours to have that happen, they were extremely rude. One of the front desk staff rolled eyes and treated us poorly. I asked for a discount and was told I can park on another site or leave. No apologies, no offer to reduce price for the inconvenience.||For the price being charged, Milton KoA is not special. Pool is undersized for the facility and amount of campers. Dog "playground" is a patch of fenced in grass. The sites are narrow. ||Stoney Creek, Fox Hills and I'm sure others are better campgrounds for the price. Buyer beware, we will not stay here again.

Milton KOA used to be our favorite campground - not any more! They have made absolutely no improvements or upgrades over the 5 years we have been going there. It is like they don't want to put any money at all into the campground.|There is still only one tiny pool for more than 200 campsites. There are none or very little planned activities for kids. Customer service is non existent!

This is a very nice campsite. However, we were told upon check-in that there was a one-way system in the park on the roads....great! But it seems this doesn't apply to golf carts. There were way too many golf carts just going around the park and stirring up the dust from the gravel roads. Otherwise, this is a good park with clean and plentiful amenities. There are plenty of activities for the kids and we even enjoyed a game or 2 of horseshoes. There is a nice 'nature trail' around the back of the park but watch out for the golf carts.

Beautiful property, very helpful work pampers. We did not like being charged 10.00 for early checking when our site was open, too many golf carts traveling way too fast, roads were confusing.

Our site was at the entrance to the cart trail and construction entrance to there next phase. Even when there was no construction traffic the dust from the cart trail was extreme. They did use a water truck the first day but after that nothing. Will would go back but definitely pick a different site.
