NillLast year we spent two and a half months at Boot Hill RV Park. Our stay was so enjoyable that we have just spent three months here this winter. We have stayed in one of the cabins here and it has been a good fit for us snow birds. The cabins are comfortable and well equipped . Any and all issues that arise are handled quickly and efficiently by Aleah. We have found Boot Hill to be one of the best if not the best RV Park in the Tularosa Basin. This location has been an excellent jumping off point for our travels here in the Southwest. We look forward to a return again and the chance to experience more adventures. Thank you Boot Hill for another great winter.

NillI'm new to the RV life and have made mistakes but am very glad Aleah Loretto was both patient and helpful in this learning process. I wouldn't want to be in any other RV Park in town. I researched the different parks available and I will never doubt the fact that I made the right choice. The other people here make me feel like a member of a community. This is very important to me because my husband Dennis was killed in a car accident in December 2023. I don't feel as alone as I did in the last place we lived. Life is still hard but being somewhere I feel will soon make me feel like family is more than I hoped for. Thank you not only to Aleah and her family, who are as wonderful as she is, but to everyone living here including the overnight and weekend guests. I hope you all enjoy your time here as much as I am. Trish

NillWe enjoyed staying at Boot Hill. Park was well maintained and staff was very friendly. Pull through site was gravel and fairly level. Park was nice and quiet. Showers and laundry were very clean. We would stay again.

NillNice place to stay. Many site options for all rigs. The entrance is a bit tough if arriving from the South. The right turn can be dangerous as very little room to turn nearly impossible if someone is at the stop sign. 2nd entrance in a much better location but always closed. If this place had a safe and easy entrance it would be 5 stars.

NillDecent campground, easy access with pull through, fairly level, gravel sites. Some covered sites also offered. We stayed in site 503. Wi-fi at our site, but our hotspot was faster. Two laundry areas - each with 2 washers; 1 had 2 dryers; 1 had just 1 dryer. But they were all working! Nice staff. We were just traveling through, but took advantage of the proximity to White Sands National Park and Pistachioland - located just across the highway from the campground and Heart of the Desert Winery just down the road a bit. Free wine tastings at Heart of the Desert and at Pistachioland. Free samplings of various flavored pistachios at both places as well.

NillI tried to correct a mistake on my 8 night reservation (it showed one night too many) in person. When I went in, the woman said she and her baby were sick, so I left and corrected it on the paperwork and promptly dropped it in the box because the office was closed (during business hours) when I stopped in. I tried again the next day and it was also closed. I checked again and made sure the corrected paperwork was received. I was told yes. I confirmed on the phone that I had indeed been overcharged by one night and was told a refund would be given. After all that, I got a phone message that no refund for one night would be issued since "people were turned away", even though my corrected reservation paperwork was promptly turned in. Unfortunately, I can't give a good recommendation due to bad cust service. For this park to refuse to correct even though I was told they would, shows a lack of cust care. Unfortunately we won't be back.

NillVery good value. Super friendly manager. Low fuss experience. Location is interesting, right across the street from the big pistachio. We ended our drive from AZ with a pistachio ice cream cone, then hopped across the street to the RV park. Only negative was the dust. Not surprising considering it’s in the middle of the desert. But if they ever have the budget, I’d suggest paving a few of the sites. Bottom line: I’d stay there again.
