NillThis RV Park is on a dirt/gravel lot with 15 new full hook ups, water, sewer and 30 and 50 amp. service, some young healthy trees and a trash dumpster, no picnic tables. I didn’t expect grass, after all we are in the desert, even if it’s close to the river. The park is clean and neat, has one road in and out. There is a small fenced in dog run. Thats pretty much it…. no office on the premises, no bathrooms or showers. (We use our RV anyway.) Several other RVs were here but we only saw one other person while here. The cost was $43 for the night, very reasonable compared to what we paid on this trip, especially for a one nighter. While KOA has more to offer, they do cost more. For 1 or 2 nights this is a good place. And if you are wanting to shop for wine, this is the place to park your RV! Traffic noise from I-25 can be heard, unfortunately.

NillWe stayed here when working in Albuquerque. It is a relatively new RV park and it is very nicely laid out and next door to a great winery. I think the review that said it’s either a 3 star or a 5 star depending on what you’re looking for is a perfect description. To us it was a 5 star, Frank is great and we never had any issues the entire 4 months we were there. Would recommend.

NillDepending on your expectations of an RV Park this rates a 3 or a 5. This is a dirt plot of land with 15 new full hook ups, some recently planted trees and a trash dumpster. No office, bathrooms or showers or anything else but 15 full hookups on a dirt plot. I don't know if there is a campground host. In fairness, they don't falsely advertise these "amenities" but at $42 a night, I think it's a reasonable expectation. The noise from I25 varies with the time of day but you know it's there. More challenging are the freight trains just to the East that roll through at 2-3 in the morning blowing their horn. It's at least 45 minutes to ABQ. It's okay for a night or two, but if you're looking for the aforementioned amenities and a quiet spot this may not be the spot for you.

NillI loved staying here. It's very clean and inexpensive. The location is out in the country about 15 minutes south of Belen and it's peaceful, quiet and beautiful. I especially liked the peacocks that came over from one of the neighbors' in the mornings. I didn't have a chance to visit the winery down the road but I will next time I'm in Belen.

★★★★★This is a great little RV park whether you are just looking for an overnight or extended stay it's brand new and well kept. It's off of the beaten path and is very quiet. The owner Frank is very friendly and helpful. It's well laid out and mostly pull through sites.

NillQuite, clean, stunning views on East and West of NM mountains, functional utilities hookups, affordable biweekly and monthly rents, management checks the rv park regularly, most rv-ers are mature, hard working, and friendly. I totally recommend rv winery park for staying both short and long term. The only thing is missing is probably an automatic gate that opens using a code, but I don’t know of rv parks that does this.

NillNot really an RV park. More like an RV parking lot. No amenities, not even an office. Sites are not level. Road leading into park is very rough and narrow. Shrubs are overgrown onto the road.
