NillVery good location but the bathrooms for campers needs serious work. The showers are super small and the flooring throughout the bathroom is unsealed concrete. I don't know about the cottages they rent out but it looked like mostly long term or repeat renters. Each camp site does have a water spigot which is nice.

NillFantastic quiet place to camp! They have regular bathrooms and hot showers! Plus a common area to use computers or watch TV and charge all your devices! Plus the view is amazing! I was car camping and they made very easy for me!

NillWe Love this location. Staff is awesome, always ready to help. The owner Steve is a very kind person and will go out of his way to help. Carolyn who runs the park is kind and very caring about her customers she treats you like family. We just love her. Also Becky works in the office and she's great also. Can't say enough good things about the staff. We just Love everyone there ❤️ 💜

★Horrible RV park! The owner is never there except weekends, and we were told by other RVers that he Never does maintenance on the sites! |The gal running the office is his daughter we were told, an she never shows up for the office until noon or later, so if you get there in the morning, plan on a long wait for your site! The showers and bathrooms are old moldy and terrible! Scum on the floors, walls etc, just terrible. The rec center is old out of date and small! The cabins should be bulldozed down, the entire park is out of date! The internet sucks, and the wind never stops blowing! And if you think about complaining to the owners about the kid on the ROV doing doughnuts in the park spraying your Vehicles and RV with dust and rocks you will be forced to leave! |You can tell these people have no pride in this place, they are over charging for the electric meters compared to other parks in the area, and their prices are too high for such an out of date RV Park.

NillStopped by for one night and the front desk lady was absolutely nice! She made my family and I feel very welcomed. Prices are very affordable and the lake was about 5 minutes away.

NillThis is an excellent place! We stayed here a week. Central location to Red River, Angel Fire, Santa Fe. Beautiful views of mountains all over this RV Park! The Lodge is awesome and has a beautiful deck with fireplace. Deer walk through the camp at night! Hot showers and very well maintained RV Park! Looking forward to next season!

NillWhat a great weekend we had here! Service was friendly, park and restrooms were clean and well kept. It was quiet and the weather was perfect. We even got invited to a Birthday party for one of the employees, however we weren't back in time to make it. Beautiful place! We will be back for more boating, fishing, and camping adventures.
