Love how quiet the park is, very well maintained, the clubhouse is a wonderful place to hangout while you do your laundry! The pool is so clean during the hotter months and the office manager is so professional! Will recommend others to stay here

Do not stay here. No staff present ever apparently. They will take your money and leave you hanging. I got lucky. Firstly I booked my site online and PAID reservation fee online. I arrived to an empty office so I looked at my reservation and saw a site number on it so I drove around to the site. When I arrived there was someone in the site. I figured I would just find a site and park in it but didn’t see one, the park was full. I drove back around to office and tried calling the 2 numbers listed on the wall in the office and no answer on either. A gentle man approached who was not a staff member and told me the office is rarely staffed and he knew where an empty spot was I could park in considering I had already paid my fees. It worked for the night with no issues but the park is very tight with overgrown trees over the roads. Listen to other reviews and just pass on this one.

Been here since Nov 14th. Six months in lot 29. Pull way up and use BOTH sewer hoses. Your view will ROCK. New maintenance man Billy is VASTLY IMPROVING the park. Jamie the manager is very personable and gets things done. The pool area is great now.

RV pad was littered with all sorts of garbage. The clubhouse was decent enough, but the pool was padlocked and after realizing there was no one at the office to ask about it I called the office number and was told they were out of town and we were SOL. No discount was offered even though we picked this place for the amenities. Wifi was slow and went out frequently. Laundry facility was nice, but the dryers didn't do the trick and we had to run our load through twice. Sewer connection was all overgrown with shrubbery. Pad was mostly level though.

Been here six months. Jamie is a great manager. Billy, Mr Maintenance, has IMPROVED THE ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. Hardest worker EVER! ||Lot 29, if you pull way up, has best view in the park. Possibly, lot 30, also.

Cool rv park for the area especially compared to the others but the price is iffy especially when they shut the electricity on and off continuously throughout the day to save energy but dont tell anyone when you decide to book with them. You have to find out on your own, and it gets hot here. Trust me, I've looked on all of their papers and nothing talks about the electricity. Not to mention it could damage your things with it turning on and off. Please give a warning before hand, especially when booking. Other than that we haven't had any complaints, but that really sucks. If this is just a New Mexico thing, please let me know and I will take down this review.

Very nice RV park. We stayed here 6 months through the winter so the pool was closed but the pool and lounge area looked very nice. The clubhouse was lovely decorated with comfy furniture. The laundry facilities were very nice and kept very clean and usable 24/7. They have a wonderful CLEAN bathroom set up in the club house with key code locks and separate areas for men and women and also individual bathrooms inside the two gender specific areas. They have a very nice large grassy area for playing with children and pets. All hookups, cable and wifi available. Mailbox was wonderful as I ordered many Christmas gifts online while we were there. Staff was exceptionally friendly and a joy the visit with. I would highly recommend this park for long or short term stays.

Reasonable pricing. The facilities (Laundry Mat, Bathrooms etc.) are very well maintained. The main building has a pool table, dart board, TV, movies, puzzles and other fun things to do while you're bored. I had a good experience receiving my mail when I expected packages and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if work took us that way.
