NillI have to say we were very sad to learn yesterday that our favorite place to stay is being sold. I don't understand ANY negative reviews. We have stayed at Trailer Ranch for 20+ years and have ALWAYS had a wonderful stay. The family Sandy, Truman, Joanie and her husband have ALWAYS been most accommodating, kind and fun. I realize things change, but it makes us very sad not to have Trailer Ranch available after March 1st. We wish the family well and will cherish all of our years knowing them loving Trailer Ranch. Be well dear friends. Cathy and Rocci Bryan

NillThe place was clean. Our issues were two. 1. The strong smell of marijuana is due to their neighborhood store that makes and sells the stuff. 2. Only pay for 2 days at a time or know your time period. We had bad weather approaching and they did not seem to care about our safety but only their policy. The people next to us had the same issue. WiFi is weak but cell was ok not great.

NillHands down one of the better RV parks available in Santa Fe. Parking of class A motorhome is a breeze, and staff save marriages by providing parking assistance to all when parking a motorhome or pull behind l. Pet friendly, that being said, other travelers have no common sense when it comes to keeping their pets on leash. Just be aware that if you walk your pet, you may encounter someone else's dog running up to yours. Just word of warning. Leash your pet, please ! By the way, it's asking for a hotel review. This is an RV/mobile home park, not a hotel.

NillThe park is very nice and well kept. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. We needed an extension cord to reach the electric hookup, and they provided one. Our concerns with this park are the location. Although we chose it for its proximity to old town, we were not prepared for the number of homeless in the area. We were also told that bikes had been stolen from RVs before and we had two bikes on the back of our rig. With no security and open access, we worried the entire time we were there. Unfortunately, we would not go back.

NillWe were quite pleased with the staff at the park, though some of their signage at the desk seemed a little stern. Larry, our host, directed us to a lovely site for our small RV with a large hedge/tree on one side and a green lawn on the other. Very nice! The facilities were clean and inviting. Our site was away from the busy traffic side and very quiet, except for Romeo, the very vocal camp cat. He paid us a brief visit to let us know who was in charge and then wandered off. A very enjoyable experience, a little far from town center, but certainly drivable in a couple of minutes. We will stay there again when we're in Santa Fe.

NillI can't say enough good things about this park. It is an adults only park (hooray!)The grounds are beautifully maintained, the sites are well spaced, the bathrooms are very clean (older but very nice), the laundry is affordable and the staff is great. I, for one, appreciate the rules. The location is close to the plaza, shopping and restaurants. On a side note...we had a medical emergency while here. They worked with us to extend our stay from 2 nights to 7 nights. The staff were very caring, understanding and helpful during this. On a daily basis they checked in to make sure I was OK, if I needed anything and checked on my husband's progress. Everything they did was above and beyond the call of duty. We have stayed here before and will definitely come back next time we are in Santa Fe. Thanks to Trailer Ranch for everything!

NillThe office staff is rude beyond your imagination if you bring something negative to their attention. The dryers in their laundromat did not dry in the normal amount of time. They refunded the extra cost, closed the laundromat for repairs. After reopening it, same thing happened. Went to the office to report the same issue and the lady in the back office came out cussing. Threw a roll of quarters on the counter and said you can just leave now. She proceeded to call the police and 6 hours later they showed saying we had to leave while they witnessed our departure. We got 3 days refunded to us even though we were going to leave the next day. Read all of the reviews before booking this place. Any bad review is because the staff is rude rude rude. Find a better location—it should be easy.

NillA SAD GOODBYE !! First off, the team at trailer ranch is phenomenal and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Reservations, check in, parking assistance, grounds keeping, maintenance - EVERYTHING !! I have never seen a harder team of people, raking, mowing, watering, and going the extra mile to just be good humans!! All that said is this place perfect?, No. - but is there truly a perfect in-city RV campground? No there is not. The main problem for me is the noise from Cerritos Blvd. Nothing can stop this as young New Mexico drivers seem to be "praised" and "adored" for removing their mufflers from their cars and racing away from every stop light. All this leads to my initial point. This campground was likely plotted in the 1950's when this part of Sante Fe was ranches way outside of the metro and road noise was never an issue... The vintage-ness exudes from this place and provides it with its charm - It brings back memories of road trips in the backwards facing seat way in the back of the Country Squire Station Wagon and Olds Vista cruiser wagon - Even visits to summer camp in the 1960/70's. This campground is actually a tiny piece of Americana that will be lost in a few months, never to be again. Beautiful tress to be eliminated and vintage adobe buildings to be razed. If my information is correct, this is the last summer, and this site will fall to the hands of developers to build another ugly mini mall or faceless and devoid of personality condo buildings. A sad farewell to the place and to all the people who have kept this place all these years - PLEASE DO STAY HERE until it all ends. I am unsure of the dates.
