Aviator RV Park

Extremely helpful ownership and management! Care and concern for residents is outstanding, they just really care! I will recommend this RV park to my friends that may be moving here. Aviator RV park is a park near the edge of Abilene, Texas across from Dyess Air Force Base. The sites are level, Kandy was exceptionally helpful in helping us choose a site. The neighbors were friendly. The park is quiet and we very much enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in the Abilene area again, this is definitely where we will stay.

Poor ownership and management! Care and concern for residents is unacceptable. Do not recommend this RV park with current ownership and management! My RV was at your park, Lot A 9 to Lot 16, Andrea Ivy and I own the RV we had at your park. This review is NOT fraudulent, these are TRUE fact.

Typical West Texas rv park, full of folks that work full time and live for years without ever moving the RV. We stayed for about 10 weeks to see family, take care of medical appointments, ect. We will not stay here again. Nobody takes care of the place, the office is only open 20 hours a week, the guy that's supposed to do maintenance doesn't. We spent about a $1000 for a month plus another $250 for electric. Way pricey for the little services you get. We will stay on base next time.

I had to call the main office (Not the campgrounhotshots. Because no one is hardly there) three times about dog waste over taking the 2 dog parks and the grounds by the horsehoes. It took me threatening to clean it myself and sending them a bill to get them to finally get it done. Later the next month we were sent a letter to remove the three bags of wood (due to it making our site messy)that was holding down our carpet from the horrible winds. Yet trash and piles old belongings were left out by many other residents. Lastly, we paid around 250.00 for one month of electric. We didn't even pay that on an 1800 sq ft house! I understand rv are different but that was a bit excessive. Pic of camper across from us: trash AND a Frickn fire Hazzard 🔥

This place is full of roches iv never seen so much in my life it is so unclean there being so unfair there kicking some one out because there's a letter next to a number bit you can see there is some letters next to numbers on the website but not in person so the bathrooms there so dirty let's not get started on them bit the only good thing is there is a park but it's full of spiders and the grass is so yellow not taken care of at all so DON'T COME HERE OR STAY HERE. Ps. STAY SAFE IF YOU COME HERE.

I am researching RV Parks and Luxury RV and camping experiences. If you want to live month to month in a little RV community that stays to themselves and you work at the local Military Base, are an Abilene local, or travel to work an hour or so from Abilene. Then you might really like this RV Park. The park has an Ice and Water machine, showers, laundry, and they just hired an excellent management company called Buzzworthy. They are usually 100%;full so if you are looking get on their waiting list.

My Dad had an emergency and was transferred to Abilene for care. Aviator RV park showed concern and compassion. The respect and help we received has earned my business for life. The facilities are fantastic. As a General Contractor myself, I was very impressed with the consideration when designing the laundry room and bathrooms/shower rooms which are kept very clean. My sincere appreciation to Darvey.
