Alamo Fiesta RV Resort

Took the RV over a couple weekends ago just to do a function check of all the systems. When I called to book the space Victoria was was polite and helpful. The spaces and landscaping were clean and trees well trimmed so as not to damage RVs. Due to the layout it was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the highway. All of the employees were helpful and nice.

This place is not really a resort but we have been here for almost 5 years and absolutely love it. It hasn’t always been great but since new management has been put in place it’s been amazing. This was the best change for this place. Things were neglected in the past. This new Management is making amazing improvements.

I had this placed booked for a Raul Malo concert at Flores in Helotes and Raul got sick and canceled. I called the morning of the concert and told the management what happened and they had no sympathy at all. They told me that there would be no money back since I canceled the morning of my stay. I asked if instead of me canceling could I simply get a credit for a future stay. Again they refused to budge from their no refunds policy. I RV a lot and all over the country and 99% of the RV parks have a heart and don’t keep your money if you cancel due to no fault of your own. So BEWARE… if you get sick, if your concert is canceled, if a terrible storm is coming, if anything forces you to call and cancel your reservation, you will be charged and not allowed to postpone your reservation for a later date. There are many other RV parks in that area. Next time I’ll definitely book somewhere else.

We were recently there and had a wonderful time. Everyone was very accommodating and nice. Management was on point. I don't have anything bad to say about my time over there.

Not really a resort, more like a trailer park. Monthly people don't get cable or internet. Reasonably priced. Mostly long term working people. Clean laundry facilities, the shower house also seemed to be clean. Even being less than a half mile from I-20 not much interstate noise. 1 mile to Walmart and center of town.

Lisa the manager is horrible. She over charges on the electric and other bills. The wifi is not free and the rec room is never open. It's just a horrible place to stay. They are a bunch of drug users and dealers here. It's sad to see cause this could be a beautiful RV park/resort if they really cared

This is a very sketchy RV park. Don't let the name fool you this isn't a resort it is a trailer park. All of the grass is dead and the pool is totally empty. There are a lot of campers here and they appear to be full time residents. There are some sites with trees but those sites seem to be taken by the residents. No grass for children to play on and most of the sites don't even have picnic tables. If you have another option for a campground then take it.

Worst place I ever stayed||And we are 3/4 timers. First they tried to shoe horn us in a 37 ft spot and assured us it was at least 45 ( I measured it ). Couldn’t make the turn into the spot anyway since cars parked in the wa. Found a spot that was good, but they ignored our suggestion without any explanation. So they shoehorned us in another spot that I could park in. Our water was being used by the neighbor, we had to remove at least 9 piles of dog poop, and no way would the truck fit. Don’t come here, , nut said
