Great place, I came 4 years ago to visit my son and love the place and people so much here at the campground we decided to move here the owner is a great Christian woman and a very kind lady so weather it's for a weekend or long term come check it out

Beautiful place with the most gracious host that is sweet as can be! If you are looking for an RV park that is not super big and full of people, this is the place! Well maintained property that is just bursting with colors in the spring! Highly recommend if you like peace when RVing

The park is one of the area's most beautiful and tranquil around. The management is kind, informative making it a truly wonderful place to overnight or stay awhile. Addendum: I've been here almost a year now and have am still as happy as the day I moved in. The park is so lovely and quiet, my closest neighbors are better than I could've hoped for. The owners treat us all as friends and are always asking if there's anything I may need or help with. Won't catch me moving any time soon!

Absolutely LOVED this park. Everyone is extremely nice. The park is very well maintained. Loved having the washroom right outside our camper. Its beautifully landscaped with roses and palm trees and a coy pond. Ms patricia is extremely sweet. Will definitely be coming back if we are ever in that part of texas for work again.

The park is very clean, and the owners are very nice people. Nice and peaceful with great neighbors and other tenants. The bad review a about the nasty restroom and laundry facility is from a disgruntled ex tenant who refused to follow park rules as far as keeping her spot neat and clean, and was not paying her rent. I highly recommend this park. Only a few minutes away from Elgin, Bastrop ,manor.

First of all, I'm not really sure where all of the pictures on the web search of this place came from but there aren't any concrete pads or built in grills for camper spots. Her website claims that the monthly rate is $275 yet has charged $300 per month since I moved in May 2016. She also has on her website that it's an extra $40 per month for any more than 2 people yet charged us $65 for our daughter. Each space has their own electric meter yet when we were charged $188 for one month and were trying to figure out what happened she got mad & refused to show us our meter reading. She also tried to charge us a late fee when she said it's not late until after the 5th & it was paid on the 5th. The wifi shouldn't even be advertised because it's never available & she refuses to do anything about it. She's very nosey and rude & she acts like she's running the Hilton instead of an rv park. I moved here to be close to medical facilities after being diagnosed with brain cancer & she has made this an awful experience on top of being sick constantly. In her rules she also says that dogs must remain on a leash yet her "favorites" let their 2 dogs go roam with no supervision or a leash & they not only poop at my front door but they are also aggressive and have tried to bite myself and my daughter on numerous occasions. There's run down campers with weeds growing over them & after killing 2 rattlesnakes you would think she would clean it up to avoid the little children from getting bit. My best advice is to find somewhere else unless it's going to be a brief stay. This place isn't worth the stress... The owner, Patricia is just trying to get rich by ripping of the tenants.

Owners are just trying to get rich off folks. This place is nasty. I just posted pics of their COMMUNITY Restroom soooo nasty & dirty. Appears nice & clean...Reality they break the health & sanitation blowing sewer from ALL 26 RV spots instead of PAYING to have it pumped. #15 sits over their tanks & Patricia AGGRESSIVE BLACK German Shepard. Her German Sheppard is the ONLY AGGRESSIVE dog On property. They got his rabies shot 10th day AFTER he bit my nephew. Stay elsewhere if I were you. Trashy couple tryn get rich.
