Open Air RV Resort- Harker Heights

To be honest the website made it look ALOT better then it was. I have nothing against people living in a park full time, we are full time. It just felt very cluttered with peoples things and very dirty and not in a safe area. I don't think you should have the word "Resort" in your title. The office lady was really helpful and sweet, that was the only good thing.

Me and my husband have been living here for a few months now and have nothing but positive experiences. Manager Sheri is an amazing attribute to the park and is 1000% dedicated to the job which makes for a great stay. it’s very much a family feel when it comes to the people & i would recommend to anyone who values a family like community.

The place is very nice and very clean/kept up. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming. The people who stay here are also really great and friendly. The communal bathroom has always been clean when I went inside and the laundry room is clean as well. Love the new management !

This place is like a big, fun family. Sherri and Val, in the office, are always welcoming, friendly, helpful and all around great ladies! RJ and Fred, take care of the park, and are so friendly, fun loving and easy to get along with. Together they all make this RV Park a great place to stay!

Been here for a while love it at this park 10/10. maintenance is always working hard and management is very nice and friendly. always helping look for my mail love this place and the community loves everyone always helping new movers to the area.

We have been full-time here for over 2 years. We love the community which is what makes it home to us. We looked at several other RV parks and are very happy we chose this one. The office staff is super friendly, professional, and welcoming. The maintenance and cleaners are out daily working hard to make the park the best it can be. We look forward to many years to come, here, at Open Air Harker Heights!

There was a death in the family so I was going to drive to Texas so I could handle the funeral/estate and I made a week long reservation. Unfortunately, when my RV broke down, I reached out to cancel & request a refund. I called & emailed multiple times (prior to the 7 day policy) with NO response and NO refund. I’m shocked at the lack of response & would not reserve with them again. Hard lesson for over $300…. These people don’t care to respond.

We stayed here a week while visiting relatives in the area. It was very nice place to stay. Everyone was very nice (staff as well as other residents). The facilities were clean and working properly. Our dog loved the off leash dog park. Husband had a medical issue during our stay and they helped us before, during and after his hospitalization. We will definitely stay here when we return to the area.
