Fernbrook Park

If you need to stay in Longview, then this is the park you are going to want to stay at. Everything went smoothly in the four or five months I was living there. There is no restriction on dog breeds. My cat was not thrilled about this, but I'm sure a lot of people will like this.

Amazing staff -top-notch, couldn’t be better. Elizabeth, Barbara and their significant others are just the most warm, helpful people I’m looking forward to the Activities and holiday events with other guests and residents. Feel so totally safe here. They traverse the park grounds in golf carts regularly to check on things and all of us— The park is so peaceful and beautiful .. out of the hubbub of central Longview, which has really increased in traffic and population the last several years! My oldest daughter and son-in-law were married next-door at Miss Mary’s Several years ago. I love to walk around over there when there’s not an event and savor the memories of that special day. Just a beautiful place —plenty of room Between the lots, spacious, Trees sprinkled throughout!— a picnic table for each guest parked in the front section, Not to mention grass. With all that said, the main Blessing is there service and concern with any questions or problem that has come up with my camper, etc. So enjoying being here! Fernbrook is a nice clean park. However, the manager, Elizabeth, plays favorites to the long term residents. My site had a swamp by the sewer outlet, water connection and electrical box. When asked if the would put gravel or something for the drainage, I was told if I don’t need to there often , it will dry out. It is the storm season. It would be nice if they would regrade and plant grass behind the sites. Li g term residence have planted their own grass. Hmmm…. I would stay here again just to revisit friends made with the long term residence, but not for long term. The park is nice.

the hosts were the best,most helpful,kindest couple we have ever encountered on an rv trip in the 35 yrs we've been using rv parks. we had one mishap after another before we even arrived (blowout) and in the Texas heat it took its toll on my 74 yr old husband.. Barbara and her amazing husband could not have done more to make us welcome. Thank you guys you were wonderful. the park is also top notch, clean. modern and comfortable. we'll be back in cooler weather.

Management was so friendly. Sites were clean. Lots of ant piles but management was out regularly trying to treat them all. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!!

Beautiful place to stay! Fernbrook RV Park was the last stay on our 2,000+ mile trip to our new home. We loved it here so much, we almost didn't want to leave! The beautiful grounds feature so many trees, plants and green grass. Everything is nicely paved and well kept. Facilities were all very clean. Our children thoroughly enjoyed cooling off in the pool. On the day we left, we wound up with some truck problems and with a simple call to the office, they got us squared away to stay one more night. Everyone we encountered was friendly and so kind.

Fernbrook Park is one of the best RV parks I've stayed at. Staff is simply wonderful and park is clean and well maintained. In addition to dog park, playground, pool, etc., they also have a banquet and event center with a beautiful park between the two buildings. I would definitely recommend!

Stayed 2 weeks and left due to management. The manager, Elizabeth, is very harassing to young women and everyone in general as well. We watched her consistently cause problems with not just us, but MULTIPLE other people who live there and have for a long time. We got phone calls almost every single day about something we weren’t doing right and we had just got there and weren’t breaking any rules. She definitely picks and chooses favorites with who the rules do and don’t apply to. She made it a dictatorship when it should be a community. 10/10 would NOT recommend staying unless management and things around the park CHANGE. WORST experience of ANY campground I have been to, and I have been allll over the country.
