Daddio's Cottage

This is the type of vacation rental where the owner has thought of everything. Extra towels? check. Beach toys? Check. Video games? Check. Extra garbage bags? Check. It was a wonderful experience and one we won't soon forget. Also, the owner was extremely strong when it comes to communication. We have already booked our trip for next year! This property is amazing if you have kids. You will love your time at Daddio's Cottage!

Daddio’s Cottage is a perfectly beautiful and relaxing setting for a memorable beach vacation along 30A and the amazing white sand and clear turquoise waters of the Gulf. We have stayed in a lot of different homes from Seaside to Seagrove Beach to Seacrest Beach. We have stayed in many homes that were very lovely, extremely comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Having said all of that, Daddio’s Cottage is our FAVORITE cottage, and we’d be thrilled to return once or twice every year. It’s quite obvious that the owners take exceptional pride regarding the utmost comfort, the tasteful and functional furnishings, and the endless conveniences so their guests can experience the most pleasant vacation possible. The covered back porch is large, cozy, relaxing, well-appointed, and right next to a first-class pool area that sits among the cute cottages and unique coastal landscape. If you think you can find a nicer cottage for your next incredible visit to paradise ………….. good luck with that!!!!!

We have stayed in several locations along 30A. Daddio’s Cottage is by far the most pleasurable home we have rented. It was immaculate upon our arrival and had everything needed to immediately begin a wonderful vacation. Short walk to the beach, gorgeous pool steps from the home and a porch that was made for quiet relaxation. Very accommodating owners and a great concierge. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week at Daddio’s Cottage. The home was extremely clean and had everything available to make our stay comfortable. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping and of course, the beautiful Gulf. I highly recommend Daddio’s Cottage. You will not be disappointed.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Syndee was extremely responsive before our trip, the house was clean and exactly as described. Two little things that we really appreciated having stayed in many rental places like this was 1) everything was marked (light switches, etc.), so it was easy to feel comfortable right away, and 2) the kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots, pans and other kitchen essentials.

This beach house is located in a more peaceful part of 30A. We came in high season and the community isn't crowded at all. Beach access is within walking distance. The house is well stocked, clean and well maintained. You can see the pool from the back porch.

Such a Beautiful Cottage and exceptionally clean. Perfectly located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches. Private Beach access and lots of shopping and dining within walking Distance. Syndee is the perfect host. I highly recommend Daddio’s Cottage!!!

We just spent a week at the cottage. It was the BEST VACATION!!!! Love the house. House was equipped with everything we needed. Large common spaces for family gatherings. The homeowners have thought of everything! Can’t wait to go back.
