We loved our stay! |This is a very budget friendly, very comfortable place! We booked #7 as a very last minute trip for my daughter’s 15th birthday for a girls weekend with her best friend & mine. Did I know that I had to pay to do laundry? No! Did I care? No! I’m at the beach! There is a Publix literally across the street to make change. The location is perfect! I never paid more than $12 for an Uber & that includes a $5 tip. The property managers were immediately responsive to our shower concerns as well as questions about door codes, etc… I love this part of Florida so much & I can’t wait to stay here again!

This was far the best place to stay. So perfect and love how the sand and beach are literally right there. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and it's hard to leave. I would recommend this spot to stay to anyone. Definitely not a hotel, which we didn't want. So if you are looking for that personal space, this is it. Everyone seems friendly that we met here. The water was perfect every day and I couldn't get enough. I loved being able to wake up and look out the window and see the beach from bed. Definitely don't have this back home in the mountains. We will be back. Our cottage was perfect for the 3 of us. My family stopped by and visited some and they loved our cottage. You will truly enjoy yourselves here and the grocery store across the street is perfect. All of our favorite restaurants were walking distance also. Thanks for having us and see you again!!!!

We stayed 3 nights for our anniversary and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The cottage was perfectly sized for 2 people. The accommodations were perfect anything we wanted or needed was right there or just a text message away. Private access to the beach and ocean, which were just a small walk away. We will definitely try to stay there again.

My daughter paid for 2 nights at the cottage. She thought the pictures were great. This was my mother's day present (August 26th checking out August August 28th). It was quite a disappointment. I got to the cabin around 2:30, the cleaning people were leaving as I went by. I called to see if there would be an early check in. I was told the cleaning crew and maintenance people were still working. They were not. I sent a text at 3:30 still no. When I finally got in with an early code at 4:02, I was very disappointed with the interior. The cabin was OK, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. To charge over $300 per night for this is unreasonable. The finer hotels on the beach don't charge that! I will let anyone know not to go to these cottages. I have friends in St Pete that saw this place and they were taken aback with the condition and price. They will also spread the word. This is just to let you know it was a memorable trip for all the wrong reasons.

My family and I LOVED IT. This small resort offers a truly authentic Florida stay! There is a few tiny houses (4 I think) right on the sand, and a main bulding divided in appartments with private entrance. We stayed in the family suite on the second floor of main building and it was perfect ! 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. Oh and a big private terrace with BBQ. 🌞There is a big outdoor shared area with tables, chairs, bbq and fire pit. It was very pleasant to meet new people. Palm trees and ocean view. 🏖 Private beach access at the back. 🧺 Laundry room on the premise. Why I didnt give 5⭐️ ? Only because its a bit old and the outside could use a few upgrades and maintenance. Interior, location, amenities and overall ambiance deserves a perfect score !!

Quaint cottages along the shores of Treasure Island Beach, FL. Cottage #2 is a 2 bedroom (queen & full) cottage that sleeps 3-4 adults comfortably. Three window air conditioners and each bedroom is supplied with additional fans. The kitchen has sufficient culinary tools to use. Publix, highly priced for convenience, is across the street. The cottages have maintained their character from long ago. Older cottages who are tended to with care. Management is very responsive and assists in whichever way necessary in a prompt way. This is a communal property. Shared beach chairs, toys, grills, and outdoor space is a great way to meet the neighbors. Everyone we met was amazing, welcoming, and it seemed customary to pass along unused food items and condiments upon leaving to those who are still there. Very friendly. Quiet environment. Apart from the public. Just a short walk down the sandy path to the water for swimming and shell collecting.

My girlfriend and I enjoy annual vacations together - We both agreed this was one of our favorite beach vacations of all time – we both just absolutely love this place. ||||From the moment we parked our car and walked into little complex of cottages, we were transported back to a simpler time…reminded me of the cottages my family would stay in while on vacation when I was a little girl back in the 1960s. This is “Old Florida” – if you’re looking for a stylishly-decorated, modern condo, this is not your place. But for those of us who enjoy the nostalgia, Seahorse Cottages hits the mark straight on.||||Tucked away from the main road – nestled between the condos and the beach – we stayed in cottage #5, which is located closest to the beach. Literally, step out the front door and onto the soft powder sand this region is famous for! We had no problems with the house whatsoever - The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. No bugs, no musty smells, no dripping faucets, no slow-running toilet, no noisy neighbors. Just peace, quiet and gorgeous sunsets!||||Renovations were just completed on #5; we were the first to stay since all the updates. We both appreciated all the nostalgic touches – the retro appliances were adorable! The manufactured wood floor throughout gave this one room cottage a very open feel. (Made it easy to sweep the sand out too). We loved that the owners maintained what looks to be the original kitchenette (adorable!) but replaced the countertops with granite. Adding framed pictures of what the area used to look like was a cute touch too. We both admired the beautiful tilework in the walk-in shower (I am vertically challenges and very much appreciated not having a tub to step over!). The bed was comfortable. The décor was relaxing and inviting. We loved all the windows covered in plantation shutters – with views that paintings are made for! As I lay in bed and looking at the knotty pine ceiling, I couldn’t help but think of all the previous families who have stayed here over the decades – all the stories these walls could tell!||||Communication with the owners was easy with timely responses to my every question. Great beach access, beautiful ocean views, walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, bars and restaurants.||||If what you are looking for is an extremely unique vacation experience - possibly like none you have ever had - and want nothing more than to unplug and relax - then this is the place.

Well, I suppose this would’ve been a nice place at one time... but it hasn’t stood the test of time. We had the largest cabin, had to walk through bathrooms to get to other rooms. No laundry, but linens were provided. Just not refreshed. And there were light switches everywhere that did not do anything. Oh and the one dishwasher was not working. Even the outside area, a very nice idea, and would’ve been nicer if the spotlights that shown on the palm trees weren’t all burnt out or missing. No porch area to get outside if it rains and you are all stuck inside.
