Carriage House

Great stay as always! We always stay around Valentine's Day and have never found anything less than perfect! I honestly cannot say anything bad about the property or the host! The best place to stay in Eureka, in my opinion. There are some cheaper and some WAY more expensive, but this is our favorite, and we've stayed in many places, both more $$ and less. Can't beat The Carriage House!

I booked this last Autumn because of a wedding originally set at The Crescent Hotel for this Autumn. We were in the actual carriage house, not the ranch-style house. The carriage house was surprisingly larger than I expected and is adequate for 6 guests. The wedding was changed to Basin Park. What is awesome about this is the shuttle between the two hotels so- no need to fret about finding parking downtown. There's also a trolley stop at The Crescent. It's nice to not have to search for food options because one can cook their own food, if desired.

Weekend getaway with 4 of my girlfriends. I couldn't of picked a better house for our trip. Perfect size with privacy for all of us. The house was clean and decorated very cute. The view from the back deck is unbeatable! The location is fantastic (next to Crescent Hotel) and a hop, skip and jump from downtown. The price for what you get was very, very reasonable! Will definitely stay there again. The whole place made this Iowa girl very Happy.....

Our family had such a great time at the Carriage House. It was exceptionally clean and cozy. The kids loved horse stable beds, the pool table and especially the hot tub. The upstairs gave a little of a haunted vibe and we didn’t spend much time up there. But, it was beautifully decorated. I loved the extra touches, like the popcorn packets, coffee and creamer that was left for our visit. Also, there was a wide range of movies to choose from. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

Amazing property. Great location. Super clean. Lots of inside and outside space. We were in town for my son's wedding at Thorncrown Chapel, with rehearsal dinner and reception at the Crescent Hotel. We rented both the Carriage House and the Main House. Very easy walk to the hotel for the grandparents (aged 70+). The shared courtyard was a wonderful space (the late May weather was perfect) to visit while groomsmen dressed and used for a few wedding photos. It was wonderful meeting the owners when we checked out and great communication before the stay.

We came to Eureka Springs for my nieces wedding and rented the Main house and my sister rented the Carriage House. It was wonderful. It was extremely clean and offered everything we could of asked for. The trolley stop was a short walk up to the Crescent Hotel, so I never even drove the whole weekend. There is a patio in between the two properties, so if you rent both, it is a great place for a cookout. Plenty of dining areas inside and out to enjoy. A perfect place for a family get together that could easily accommodate 15 people if renting both properties. Did I mentions the hot tubs?***** 5 star weekend The property owners were very pleasant to deal with offering exceptional customer service

This home could not have been better for my 3 friends and I. It was spacious, had all the bedrooms & bathrooms we needed. The beds were super comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen. And even a hot tub!

We actually stayed at the Main House, next door to the Carriage House and down the street from the Crescent Hotel. The Main House is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern house, with a 4th bed in the basement kitchenette. The large kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. There are is both a formal living room and dining room, and an informal family room and breakfast room, on the first floor. There is a deck and a screened porch on the rear of the house overlooking the fenced backyard. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. The Main House is about a 15 minute walk down the hill from the touristy "downtown" area of Eureka Springs. Your hosts are very friendly and helpful, and will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. The Main House is a wonderful place for a larger group to stay in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
