We booked a snowmobile tour here and it was one of my favorite travel experiences! Our guide, Josh, brought us on an awe-inspiring route and maximized a great mix of a little adrenaline and safety. I told him I loved one of our stops that was full of mature, snowy pines and he brought us to another area with even more! I felt he really wanted us to enjoy our ride, and we did! It was great, you are geared up with really warm equipment and absolutely something I would do again here.

We did not stay here overnight, but we went out on their activities. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! Our guides Nick / Keith were TOP TOP, couldn't have asked for better folks, not only were they knowledgeable, but really passionate about their jobs and very kind & entertaining. The dogs are really well taken care of, they are healthy and happy (this is not always the case in these type of business, but this place is one of the exceptions). The whole Team & staff were super nice. Their gear for the snowmobiles saved us from freezingI would highly recommend them to friends and family and will come again myself if I'm in the area again.

I was really disappointed with my (potential) experience for the dog sledding here. I booked this two months ago and after paying for the excursion a full two days in advance, they called me the day before our scheduled time to make significant time changes to my booking and separating our group up at a later time. All due to them being low on the amount of sleds they had. Since that interfered with our travel schedule we had to cancel but they refused to give us a refund. When we asked for a refund, they completely ignored us and never responded. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t value its customers or take responsibility for its mistakes. I expected better service and professionalism, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend them.

If you want a Hyatt, or Hilton.. this is not your place to stay. My husband and I were here in May.. we stayed 3 nights.. we enjoyed our time with fine & helpful staff. We rode horses for 2 hours & enjoyed the beautiful scenery.. the wranglers were so sweet & assisted us onto the horses. Our room was warm & welcoming.. the housekeeping wasn't perfect, but it was fine enough.. there is alot of work going on here for the guests.

We booked the dog sledding adventure for 2. Totally false advertisement. We were on the sled for less than 30 minutes and we were basically pulled in a circle. There was no river, no hour, and no hot chocolate...and this is what was advertised. Absolutely ridiculous what this cost. $225 a person is a total rip off...To be honest it wasn't worth $50 a person. This place should be ashamed. I know if I owned a business and provided service like they did I would be embarrassed. The guide was friendly but that is the ONLY thing nice I have to offer about this place. A complete total rip off!!!! Save your money & do not book a dog sled (or probably any other adventure) with this place.

To do a horseback adventure or dogsledding this might be the place. But to stay overnight as a resort location - no! The cabin was surrounded by a muddy mess. There was no walkway to get your luggage into the cabin without walking through mud. Cabin did not have any mats to wipe feet. Front door was 1/2 window with no covering, so you could look straight in to the bathroom. We asked for cover so they duct taped a towel over it. The furniture looked like it was picked up at a second hand store or side of tge road. Bed looked nice and clean enough for me to sleep in it. Carpet had huge stain, dust on bedroom blinds so thick, we didn't touch to look out for fear of disturbing it. Baseboard heat jury rigged with extension cord!! Bathroom relatively clean. Old filthy dirty, greasing looking plunger next to toilet. Tub needed new caulk. |Towels very rough. There was a restaurant on property. Just ok.|Ice machine broken so we had to drive 8 miles to a gas station to get a bag for our cooler. Cows met us out front in morning...cute but had to avoid all the dung. I blame myself for not reading reviews before booking.|We couldn't leave fast enough.

If you plan on snowmobiling here … JUST DON’T! We booked 3 snow mobiles which was $350 EACH On the website is says minimum age 14 so we figured my son could ride but nope he could not. We never got refunded either. Our tour guide Denver instantly made a rude comment about my son’s shoes to him the second we met him. The tour was an absolute nightmare, he stopped every 3 minutes to tell everyone to “ keep up “ . I honestly couldn’t wait until it was over. He ruined the experience with his attitude. They have a huge sign out front that says to TIP your tour guide !? Lmao 🤣 after spending over $1,000 on a snowmobiling trip then another $60 per vehicle for “ insurance “ why would we tip for this? This just makes it seem like the company isn’t paying the dude enough. As we were about to leave I said “ thank you again “ and he didn’t even respond, just gave me a rude look because I didn’t tip. Definitely will never go back.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. Refusing to refund my stay. Cups in bathroom were rewashed after last guest and put back in the plastic. When we pulled them out, they were soapy and wet. Hair and urine all over the bathroom floor. Toilet had not been cleaned in what looked like weeks. Sheets were stained. Dogs barking nonstop during the day so my toddler cannot nap. Flimsy lock on the door, they charge you four dollars for a cup of water in the restaurant, and a $12 kids burger becomes a $21 burger after their fees. I will be telling everyone I know to stay far away. they have a terrible reputation with locals and I wish I would have known this. They acted like they would refund and were apologizing at check out, only to ignore me several times now.
