The Amber Tree Inn

What a lovely guest house with sincerely kind and accomodating hosts/owners, not to mention friendly, wonderful guests! Came here with my sister and our dear family friend to attend end of season events and could not have been more pleased by the pleasant atmosphere and aesthetics of this home. Such a relaxing stay that felt more like a retreat of sorts; Frances & Stephen created a real home away from home vibe here! Calming, clean, and well-decorated/tastefully furnished, Amber Tree Inn is a lovely place to stay.

I can’t recommend The Amber Tree Inn highly enough—if only Tripadvisor would allow for a 6-star rating! Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Frances and Stephen have created a stunning home and are undoubtedly the finest hosts I've encountered in my extensive travels around the globe. ||Initially, when I called to book, I learned that the only room available had a shared bathroom. I hesitated but Frances reassured me about the arrangement, and with a mix of anxiety and trust, I went ahead and reserved the room. ||The day of our trip we experienced a long flight delay, we finally landed into Buffalo, only to face a long line at Budget Car Rental—literally out the door. It was late, and I informed Frances, she had advised us to grab a bite before arriving since nothing would be open. By the time we reached Amber Tree Inn, Stephen was there to greet us and graciously took our luggage to our room.||The following morning, we awoke feeling refreshed from a wonderfully restful night. Downstairs, we were welcomed by fresh coffee and tea, along with Frances’s warm conversation as she patiently answered all my countless questions. Although we were only there from Friday to Sunday, leaving felt like parting from friends I had known for years. Amber Tree Inn is truly an incredible gem!

Our stay at The Amber Tree Inn was absolutely wonderful and enhanced our experience at Lily Dale. Frances and Stephen were excellent hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The home and rooms were clean, tranquil and beautifully decorated. The front porch was a cozy spot to meet and chat with other guests. Oracle decks and morning coffee was available for our enjoyment. It felt like a home away from home that I look forward to visiting again one day. Thank you very much!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful, amazing, peaceful and calming 3 day stay at The Amber Tree Inn in Lily Dale. Both Frances and Stephen are wonderful Inn keepers that are vey attentive to our needs and very informative. Before you even enter the Inn the outside porch was very inviting. A great place to just relax and chill! We definitely enjoyed watching the hummingbirds at their feeder. Once you enter The Amber Tree Inn you can feel the calmness, warmth and love within. Every room was clean and well decorated. They have a wonderful collection of books, Oracle cards, stones etc. The way the Inn is decorated is amazing and you can tell that a lot of care and love was put into making The Amber Tree Inn a special place to stay. Did I mention that all bedrooms have AC! And it's location is just a short walk away from where events take place!

What an Amazing stay! Friends & I recently returned from The Amber Tree in Lily Dale. Nothing could have been better! NOTHING. Frances and Stephen were perfect hosts and Ixchel the Best Greeter! If you're planning a trip to Lily Dale, book very early at The Amber tree before it's full! Frances offered Fantastic conversation during our chats...such a Pleasure to stay!!! So Looking forward to our next trip there!

My stay at the Amber Tree Inn is always wonderful and I look forward to it yearly. The hosts Frances and Stephen add to the enjoyment of my stay. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and happy. They make you feel like family. The place is peaceful and has great energy and kept very clean. Rooms are decorated beautifully with comfortable beds, and air conditioning. I love the covered porch which makes it always comfortable to sit outside anytime and relax. They have a large selection of books to choose from for your enjoyment as well. I always rate this place as the #1 guest house in Lily Dale for your stay.

My sister and I with two friends had an amazing time in Lily Dale. We could not have ask for better host's, France and Steve. They were absolutely amazing!! The information they shared knowledge of Lily Dale and the surrounding areas was priceless. The Amber Tree Inn was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very clean. Upon entering the Inn you were greeted with a welcome atmosphere and soothing music. Beds were very comfortable had a great sleep. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The front veranda was large with lots of seating again tastefully decorated. We would come back to the Inn in the evenings and sit on the veranda for hours having great conversation. Very relaxing!!!!I would definitely return to The Amber Inn again. !!Worth every penny!!

Staying at the Amber Tree Inn with Frances & Stephen was one of the highlights of Lily Dale for my sister-in-law and myself. We felt right at home with kindred spirits. We learned a lot and enjoyed meaningful conversations. We will be back next year and will definitely look forward to seeing Frances, Stephan and their sweet little puppy in her sweatshirts at the Amber Tree Inn. On a more “business” note, the home was immaculately clean, full of inspiration and calm, and always had morning coffee at the ready. We all know “business” is secondary to genuine connection. You will feel that connection here. Merry Meet, Merry Part, and Merry Meet Again, my friends!
