Ingra House Hotel

It is a secured building with no visitors. Really works well to keep riffraff out and keeps the property very secure. Have people at the front desk till 11pm and cameras. It is shared bathrooms and kitchens to cook in. Rooms have refrigerators in them. Winter rates make it more affordable than most any other place in Anchorage.

Ingra House was a wonderful surprise. It is well lit, easy to find, clean area around the building and lovely inside. With kitchen's on each floor, clean bath/shower rooms, we were delighted and would most definitely stay here again and recommend to all travelers. You even have your own refrigerator in your room for long term stays.

The best safety, security, cleanliness, helpful staff you will find for this price point in Anchorage - probably in Alaska. A clean bed, clean room, clean property, several security cameras in public spaces. What more do you need?? (And, very importantly for me, I did not detect any air freshners nor perfumed linens. Huge plus!) The welcome email(s) are very clear and helpful. I would expect nothing less from a retired veteran, as is Max. An excellent experience, all told. I only live 45 miles away, but if there is reason to stay in town, this will be my go to spot. Thanks, ya'll!

What a great place to stay. Very clean rooms, common bath and kitchen. Max was very kind to show us around to our room and let us chat with him about some things to do in town. They have a good security policy of keeping doors locked so homeless subjects don't come in.

Safe for a female solo traveler. You have to have a key card to get into building and then also to get into room. Bathrooms were clean. Location was close to everything I needed.

Nothing fancy but very clean and cozy. The shared bathroom was very clean, too. The night manager was one of the most polite and accommodating people that I met in a long time. Good card access security.

This establishment is the best....The cleanliness is beyond any place I have stayed previously. The price point is the best value I have found in Anchorage. The kitchens and bathrooms are spotless. The personnel from the desk to the housekeeping were accommodating in every aspect. The location is such that getting around is relatively easy.

I have enjoyed my stay Ingra House Hotel which is well managed by Max! Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds with apt size ref. freezer. Bathrooms are shared but kept spotless and shared full sized kitchen-dining room is provided for guests. Located 10 minute walk to downtown and 10 minute bike ride to Coastal bike path!
