I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms are very spacious, and I loved that the toilet was in its own space separate from the shower! And the continental breakfast was great. And they have a pool which was fun to check out!

The staff here is awesome|I stay here alot and i always feel welcome and like i am at home |The staff makes you feel like you are family and they remember you every time you come in i will.always choose to come here and stay |Thank you to the staff that works here

Nice friendly staff all around. Very kind and friendly front desk and house keeping. The hot tub jacuzzi my favorite tho. Enjoyed my stay over all thank you.

Front desk very accommodating. The rooms are spacious. And there is a separate room for the toilet from the shower! The only thing that kinda sucks is the shower \ toilet rooms aren't really rooms, they have sliding doors separating. Not a lot of privacy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and I loved the layout. The only thing that wasn't great was the breakfast, but it was good. The bagels they put out, having to refill, were still frozen and the breakfast meat wasn't very good. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

My stay began before I even arrived. Lauren was so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond what I expected. After a 12 hour delay due to weather in Seattle and having to be rerouted through Juneau my keys were ready to go as soon as I arrived. She already knew who we were when we walked in. It was very nice and appreciated. The shuttle driver was amazing! He was so nice when he picked us up. He was personable gave us great recommendations and was so helpful and kept us safe on the icy road I did not feel nervous at all on that road. They both made us feel very welcomed and safe. We felt very comfortable being there! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! I would love to go back soon! The service was great and the location of the hotel was perfect, we got to walk around the hotel play in the snow and see some beautiful dogs and a moose! Overall we had a great experience at the hotel. So grateful for the amazing staff they have!

So convenient to the hospital food and the patient housing food area. The walk around the Goose Lake is pretty nice. You just have to remember that. It's 3.5 miles around the whole entire Lake and their security during the day. In the nighttime now that's something very new. And we have doors that lock during the daytime. Also, so you can't get mad about being locked out. You have to always have your key on you, I'm not too hip on how much everything cost inside, there are many stores, but you have to understand that doing laundry in this place costs $16. It's $4 a load $3 a box of soap. And I think $4 for soap actually. And $3 for pounds, $4 a load, so yeah. Enjoy your stay at this place. It's my home away from home and I'm from Sitka. I love it the people here know me very well and if you get the chance to know all of the workers like I did, you'll be very blessed to have a new. Family, these workers are very awesome they help when when it's needed. I love Spring Hill, people, workers, and the people who sleep in Spring hill. I've been making new family here since I've been stuck in the hospital hotel.
