Diamond Willow Inn

Great place to stay. Owner has been really helpful, I ended up staying in a cabin on the property with a full kitchen. It’s almost a necessity unless you can live off of subway for the duration of your trip. Enjoyed having a little extra room to be able to walk around, and cook.

This is probably one of the best places to stay in the area. The rooms were cozy and the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. This inn is located fairly central to everything in and around Delta Junction. They do not offer breakfast, but you do have a small kitchen nook in your room. There is a small fridge, microwave, induction stove, sink, toaster, Hamilton Beach Keurig coffee maker, and several kitchen pots, pans, and utensils. You can easily cook or microwave your breakfast. This is actually one of the better choices considering there are no restaurants serving breakfast in town. There is only Subway and two drive through coffee shops where you can get small breakfast items to go.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms at this family owned business. I only stayed one night on this trip, but I'm sure I will stay here again in the future. My room had a king bed, recliner and kitchenette.

Host was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and cozy with comfortable beds. Had a great nights sleep from a long day of traveling and hiking. The ambiance of the main hotel lobby instantly made you feel at home. Highly, highly recommend!!

I live on the road for work, and Diamond Willow is the nicest place I’ve stayed this year. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely little kitchenette and recliner. The bed is comfortable and the whole room is very clean. The holiday decorations give a sense of joy to the inn, and the music playing right now is peaceful. I’m able to sit and actually rest for a moment before going back to work, in a place that feels more like a home than a hotel. The service is excellent, from the welcoming check-in, to the necessary cleaning of snow in the parking lot. Everyone I’ve engaged with has been friendly. I highly recommend the Diamond Willow, and should circumstance ever bring me back to the “Friendly Alaskan Frontier”, I will most certainly be staying here again.

Sheri and her staff were awesome! All the comfoets of home in a spacious room. Hospitality was superb. Had a nice fire pit too. Would definitely visit here again. I wish we had more time to stay. Highly recommend the Donnelly Dome hike. Breathtaking!

A gem hidden in Delta Junction Alaska. The service is friendly, welcoming and inviting. The true star however is the large comfortable rooms. The rooms are larger than many studio apartments. The rooms have exceptionally comfortable mattresses and high quality bed linens and towels. Can't imagine finding a better place to call home for the night.
