We have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect. However, we will not come back. We asked for a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. I called way ahead to see if they had the room available. Reserved the room with our credit card. It took an hour to check in. When we arrived, the cable was not working, and there was no toilet paper. So, we walked down to the lobby, with our ice bucket in hand. There was no close ice machine. (The only one was on the second floor).Someone came to set up our television very promptly. We had no working phone. Then we found that there was no way to stop up the tub. That was part of the reason we wanted to stay there. We called down to the front office, Good thing I decided to bring my cell.and the gentleman that answered the phone, said we would have to walk down to the lobby, again and get something to help with that. Everyone had gone home and he could'nt leave the office. We were already getting tired and wanted to relax. I have some issues with walking and it was icy on the ground and it was getting dark. We just said 'forget it!" Then something fell under the bed. I went to try to pick it up and it looked like the beds to not been vacuumed under. One more thing: If you know that someone is going to stay in one of your rooms, go do a walk through. Plug in the appliances, get the heating or air ready, Make sure your other patrons are not smoking weed. Make sure you are stocked up with all necessities. i have worked at hotels where would have staff do hourly walk arounds to see if all was good. It can be done. We were very disappointed.

The staff was friendly and it was nice to get a ride on the shuttle to the airport and to downtown. The rooms left me feeling gross and I nearly went to a different place altogether. There was also no thermostat so I was baking in my room while I was very cold outside. It wouldn’t take much to make this a better place to go, but I will never be back.

Very pleased with this hotel. We were in the 1 bedroom suite. Plenty of space. Looks to be recently remodeled. We stayed a total of 4 nights during 3 separate stays. The staff was great at dropping us off twice at the airport and at the ferry terminal and picking us up. All staff members we interacted with were very helpful. Not to many choices within walking distance to eat, but we quickly figured out the bus system. The Valley Restaurant nearby has good food.

I have never left a review, but Frontier Suites calls for one. This place does NOT deserve 1 star. Front desk was extremly rude, they made it seem as though it was a nuisance to asssit me on checking in. While there several wrongs about this place. The hotel could use a major scrub down. Dingy bathrooms: from bathtub to toilet. It's not worth the price to stay. I have made it clear with my company that when visiting Juneau for work, I will not stay here! It's unsafe (bullying) and totally unacceptable when I was in the lobby, as we are adults, I saw a housekeeper literally physcially abuse another housekeeper! Where was the manager?! Nowhere to be seen! I sure hope the bully was disciplined and is no longer with the company.

We were in the 3rd bldg. Good wifi & TV. Huge tub, excellent shower. Good shuttle service to/from airport. Outdated as expected. However a few little things would make a big improvement. In the bathroom, there were no hooks to hang a towel or clothes, just the floor. Zero counter space. No trash can. In the kitchen, no paper towels, dishrag or sponge, so we couldn’t have used it if we wanted to. Horrible mattress & pillows so we didn’t sleep well at all. Unfortunately, we had to stay there again due to travel logistics and it was no better. Not too many good choices in Juneau.

Checked in and the front desk clerk didn’t at all tell me where the room was located, then I get to the room and the Drawers have someone else clothing in them and the shower and tub was not cleaned properly! It’s very cold in the room too.

The location of the hotel is convenient, located near the airport in Juneau. The rooms were old and outdated, but were fully stocked and staff were happy to bring up additional toiletries when we called the front desk. For 250 dollars per night, the stay was not worth it, but was necessary before and after a backpacking trip. The hotel provides a shuttle which must be scheduled in person or over the phone, so we scheduled the shuttle for 5:30 am the following morning to take us to the airport. The shuttle started service at 4:30 so we figured this would work nicely to take us and our luggage to catch our flight. Upon checking out, we asked the staff member at the front desk about the arrival of the shuttle, as it was just a few minutes before 5:30. She said " 5:30? It'll be here." and went back to working. 10 minutes after 5:30, we asked her again, as the shuttle was now running late. She then let us know the shuttle would be 20-30 minutes late, and wouldn't arrive until after 6 am. We decided to instead walk to the airport, and still arrived before the hotel shuttle would have arrived to Frontier Suites. For the rate they charge, this was annoying, and combined with the other small issues made the stay unpleasant at best.

You know dudes & dudettes this place maybe good and have good services along with having good rooms to go to but after getting a lot of messages from my friends on it I heard enough that in the c wing somewhere on the second floor or one of the floors is yet infested knowing there last few guesses had to come to the hotel and brought stowaways with them and those infested stowaway are capital B,B's AKA Bed Bugs and managements and service staff member's needs to take care of that of the hotel is gonna have problems on those critters and move the non infested guesses to another rooms like in a wing or b wing away from the infested rooms and do something about the guesses that has the infestation problems out of the hotel or that problems is just gonna get worse the more they stay in the hotel and what that hotel needs right now is something like these items and they make a shopping list on: [#1 Cimexa Insecticide Dust 4OZ Powders, #2 Dr Teals Lavender Body Lotions, #3 Empty Spray Bottles, #4 Lots Of Isopropyl Alcohol's] the Cimexa Insecticide Dust 4OZ Powders can get the job done and kill off the infestation and the Dr Teals Lavender Body Lotions can repel them away knowing like any other bugs they hate the smell of Lavender scent and using empty spray bottles filled with Isopropyl Alcohol's can kill them instantly by spraying over and over again it will also get the job done but be cautious when using Isopropyl Alcohol's knowing that stuff vary flammable so be careful where spraying that stuff away from sparks & flames when using it all these everyday items will get the bloody job done something that management's and service staff members should think about it if they wish to save there hotel business and there guesses from all that they should think on it on one of there meetings or they will lose there guesses & respect & prospective's by the people and lose the hotel to the Bed Bugs or they should hire a vary exterminators to get the bloody job done so either way will work in any other ways don't you think so dudes & dudettes.!?¡¿ ♤♡♧◇€£₩¥☆
