We booked a stay for three nights so we could work. We were in one of the loft rooms. It was clean and well stocked with amenities. We were right above the creek with a table on the deck so we could sit out undercover and watch the various wildlife in this lovely estuary. The real treasure of this location though is the staff. Sarah And Brittany are a power duo. I lost my wallet and unfortunately did not realize it until Brittany pulled away from the curb at the ferry for the airport. I called and Sarah ran to check the room. Then she called Brittany to pick us up again. She came as fast as possible to get us and even came out in the pouring rain to help me look all over the dock area on Stedman Street. We stayed an extra night while I came up with a game plan. Sarah and Brittany made it seamless for us to check right back into our original room at a compassionate rate. I ultimately found my wallet and we enjoyed our unplanned extension of our trip.

Our entire experience with Inn at Creek Street was incredible. When we were picked up from the shuttle, our driver from the Inn gave us a tour around Ketchikan, which was such a pleasant reception! Our room was comfortable and the views of the creek and marina were breathtaking. We watched seals, salmon, sea gulls, a bear, kayaks, full moon and so much more! A great variety of coffee was available and the beds were amazingly comfortable. After my Mom fell and broke her hand and knee, they allowed us a late check out and arranged transportation from the hotel to the airport. Every single staff person we encountered treated us with warmth and hospitality.|I would stay here again without hesitation.

We booked the Inn at Creek Street,New York Hotel because of all of the great reviews and the location which is definitely the only plus side to have stayed here.| Love the whole area ,the history and the story behind the creek Street buildings is very interesting. The hike in the back up the hill and the fish ladder all really beautiful. I have not one good thing to say other than the location about the New York hotel, steepest flight of rickety stairs that I've ever encountered in any hotel in my travels. Our room was the one pictured on their website looks somewhat large there, but in real life, it is an extremely tight bedroom. You are living out of your suitcases, as you only have the use of a small wardrobe that you can't really open all the way.|Our TV was also not working.Someone did come look at it and said they would be back but never did return| You are also, in that particular room, above the main entrance into the New York hotel, where someone decided to put a piano. |One morning someone kept playing twinkle twinkle little star over and over again. Also the café (enjoyable breakfast) that is underneath the hotel must have had some sort of private nightime party which now I understand maybe why they give you sets of earplugs on the night table, it is noisy. You are right on the main road also with lots of traffic ,definitely would not stay here again. Maybe in one of their other locations.|Enjoyed Ketchikan but was also surprised at how the town literally shut down after the cruise ships loaded up.

A great place to stay in downtown Ketchikan. A little piece of early 1900s history with a fantastic New York Cafe situated just next door who could ask for more. The walk up to the top of the hill is great if the weather is kind or you can cheat and take the cable car.

We LOVED our stay here! The staff is so kind and accommodating. It’s right downtown so you can walk everywhere and the views are spectacular! They truly care about their guests and workers. They also support the local community so we will stay here every time we visit Ketchikan!

we stayed at the inn on creek street, one of the properties they own. it was amazing. our room overlooked the creek. the hotel has kept the wonderful old style as much as possible. the walkin shower was great, bed comfy, kitchen had what was needed, and had an elevator. a book in the room gave lots of information. we took advantage of the free airport service. the staff was attentive. little touches like a coffee pot, water, and hot chocolate (yeah) near the lobby and close to the deck. from the deck we watched harbor seals, lots of bald eagles, and our favorite, a bear and cubs right from the deck. tide out the feeding begins. the location is perfect. most all we did or ate at were in walking distance. we weren't happy with the large amount of cruise ship person unloaded daily but...something beyond control. we would stay there again in a heartbeat! the inn at creek street is in a charming area.

The room was an awkward layout, and it was difficult to lay out luggage. Portable a/c is necessary on sunny summer days, but it was very noisy and requires emptying drip pan a few times of day. The room was clean with good water pressure. Noise from a/c did help muffle the street noise. Hard working attentive staff, but more to do than what seemed reasonable.

I have stayed at the Inn multiple times and it is terrific each time. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located this locally owned gem is the perfect antidote to the large chain hotels but with the character of an Airbandb. The staff is particularly friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will gladly stay here whenever I have the opportunity to visit Ketchikan.
