Sockeye Cabins

I had the most wonderful and memorable experience in King Salmon. Sockeye Cabin's owner has been very responsive and answered a lot of questions we had traveling to Alaska in general. Also, we were able to store our luggage there while waiting for the flights. The rooms were super clean, and there was cook stove, heater and just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone traveling to that area or just wanted to commute to the Katmai national park.

Very nice cabins with basic amenities. Location is on the main road, so not secluded. There is a grocery store and restaurant on the same property. The pick up for Water Taxi to Katmai is also from here and the shuttle to Katmai Air is less than 15 mins. They are managed by Sockeye Inn across the street and we found their management and employees extremely friendly and professional. Will stay here again for sure and highly recommended them to anyone looking for an accommodation in King Salmon.

Overall this is a very nice place to stay. The cabins were nice and clean and the location is great near to grocery store and airport.

Cozy lovely place. Staff was very helpful. Check-in place at the Antlers Inn across the street.
