★★★We booked 2 rooms 4 months in advance. We assumed that the office would understand that if we are booking 2 rooms that we would like them to be together. No they placed us as far apart as possible. When we asked if we could get closer they said no because they had a big group. ||Then when we couldn't get the heat to turn on, we went to the office. They said they would call someone about turning on the heat. Really? You have to ask to have the heat turned on? ||We did get a breakfast which was good.

★I had flight issues getting to Alaska and so I called to ask for an exception to the cancellation fee/rule or if I could adjust the dates. They were not willing to help at all. When I checked this is no where near a 3 star hotel. No AC and the room smells like grease and food I am guessing from the restaurant attached and the restaurant staff are smoking food in the parking lot. I would suggest finding another place.

★Dusty, noisy, hot, poor service. One room was adjacent to a generator that was switched on during the night making it impossible to sleep. Uncomfortable beds. In the morning we were compensated with $20 for a sleepless night... Dust on bedside tables, alarm clocks, in the bath.

NillMy son rented a room and then did not want to stay alone. I talked to Leanne at the desk and we checked him out after 45 minutes. Leanne was very professional and kind. I took one of the cards for the Inn and I called the owner Shiping Wang and explained what happened to her. She was very kind and listened to my explanation and refunded my son’s money right away. I truly appreciate Shiping being available on her cell phone and for helping us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Soldotna !!! Thank you very much.

NillShowed up and I think we may have been the first summer guests in our room. It was incredibly musty and when turned on, the water from the bathroom sink was rust brown for a few minutes. Same for the tub/shower. The showerhead is so calcified that the water came out in little sonic propelled streams that, while great for exfoliating, were a bit uncomfortable. We also had a lovely brown surprise waiting for us in the toilet, with accompanying smell... which may have accounted for the initial "musty" smell of the room. The sheets, pillows and blankets smelled clean and looked clean as well, which was nice, but the bed is quite firm. You couldn't feel any springs, but they are far from luxury mattresses. Absolutely, completely and utterly over-priced at almost $200 a night. It's not even full tourist season yet, so I'm really not sure why the rooms were so expensive. We will NOT be staying here again, nor will we be suggesting it to anyone else. On a bright note; the attached restaurant has AMAZING food!

★★★Positive: Location Negative: No AC (room was 80 ), bed springs would pop and make a lot of noise when you rolled over. Towels were yellow and old.

★★★★★We live in soldotna and had some work done on our apartments hot water in February. So we booked a hotel for the night in question. Except we booked the wrong date. We were off by a single day and they were nice enough to accommodate our “non-refundable” reservation. Will be recommending this hotel for all further stays in the area

NillRooms are clean, a bit dated but nice. Definitely smoked in and the smell is covered with deodorant...Check in staff was courteous but later in the day the guy at the desk was very rude... I stood at the desk for 13 minutes while he ignored me as he was on the phone..I just walked away.. Update. When the management reaches out to you regarding your review and respectfully addresses your stay, it speaks volumes..I will also add that all other staff was more than kind and attentive..I would certainly stay here again..
