NillI've stayed in terrible hotels but this one ranks in the top ten. I had no idea that this hotel was next to train tracks. I guess I don't need to elaborate on that one. Additionally, the busy street the hotel is on has drag racers at all hours of the night, insanely loud cars (maybe without mufflers?). Then there is the cost; not even close to worth the price. I might stay here again for half the price but not what they're asking. The bathroom was extremely dingy and gross/mystery "marks" on the bathroom walls were not cleaned. The beds were decent but the USB outlet wasn't working and I had no idea until after I had presumed my devices were charging only to find out that they hadn't charged all along. The elevator door had some weird words scratched inside making it feel pretty ghetto. These things are an easy fix if the staff was regularly checking them or doing maintenance. Ultimately, I'll never be back. There are plenty of hotels in Casa Grande that I've stayed at, far better than this.

NillNice and conveniently located with multiple entrances. Rooms are clean and have been modernized. Desk staff was super friendly, every one of them. There's a little bar and grill there called RBG. Prices were super cheap. The food was great and James ( I hope I'm getting his name right) was one of the best bartenders I've ever met. Just an awesome guy. I will definitely be staying here again.

NillTRAVELERS BEWARE!!! To begin, they falsely advertise breakfast included on multiple 3rd party apps and websites. I was told by the younger gentleman at the front desk that because of the confusion, he’d include the breakfast package for free after explaining I’d find a different Hotel otherwise. The next morning I went to grab breakfast and there was an older male Hispanic manager. He explained that it was not included in my stay and that what the gentleman did for me could put his job at risk…I was then told by him that he would “give me a break” by only charging me $10 every time we went. After a very one sided conversation with him I requested a refund for the remaining of my stay and he said he would let me know. Not 30 minutes later I attempted calling the front desk to see about my refund for the remaining nights of my stay, no answer at all. I went down the next morning to find out I can just check out early! I was relieved to hear that I could just check out early as I had such a horrible experience. Come to find out they actually require 24 hours notice for early check out.. Even though I requested my refund the morning prior. I GOT BILLED A WHOLE EXTRA DAY. I went for my early check out at 9:00am and still got billed for that day. Even though I requested a refund 24 hours prior. They also made sure to charge me full price for the couple of meals we did have. You can’t even bring your food back to your room. When walking to your room for your stay your welcomed by the smell of mold and mildew with an elevator that works at half speed. The parking lot is only on one side of the building. The room itself was a renovation nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20 or less a night for an incomparable hotel experience pretty much anywhere else. They charged me $40 for 2 meals and $135 for a night I never even stayed…$175 down the drain… This hotel is very comparable to a Motel 6 or Super 8 with even worse customer service. I can say I have never had such an awkward and uncomfortable stay anywhere, and I’ve been to plenty of hotels in the past year.

NillWiFi did not work, had to tether my laptop to my phone. Rm 439, missing a light bulb in the fixture, shower water diverter only diverts half the water and is hard to move. Needs new fixture. Toiles flushes very slowly, not good enough. Breakfast buffet is $15, bland and not worth the money. I had the corporate reservation and they did not mention that the breakfast was not included in that rate. This property is well past renovation needs. The location is perfect.

NillWe notified the hotel weeks in advance that we would be getting in late. The check-in process was easy, the room was big, and clean. The grout in the shower did have some black moldy spots. We were worried that we didn't put the sign out to not have cleaning done after the first night. Although, presently surprised when we came. Ack and the end of the second day the room was cleaned, beds made, and everything placed exactly the way we left it. See the picture for proof. They definitely ensured confidence that they have a honest, hard working, cleaning services. Our room locations had a lot of road noise.

NillExpensive. Too much for value. The room was clean. The food was good. The a/c wasn't properly calibrated and we set on 66 degrees and still were hot. The bath towels were stiff and scratchy. Husband and I compared to sandpaper.

NillWe are visiting Casa Grande and decided to stay at this hotel. Looking at the outside, I thought this hotel would be perfect for the night! When I walked in, there was a strange smell, but the lobby was clean. The young, pregnant employee who checked me in seemed pleasant, but it would have been nice to have been told beforehand that they charge a $100 deposit. After my card was charged, that is when she mentioned the deposit. Our room was on the fourth floor, and after exiting the elevator, there was a strong smell coming from the hallway. I dont know what that smell was, but it was awful! The room seemed clean, but there were areas on the wall missing paint and several stains. I am not sure if it was mold or mildew that was in the shower, but that made me a little uneasy since we have our children with us. Luckily, I always bring disinfectant spray with us to disinfect surfaces before we touch anything. Overall, the ladies at the front desk were great, but I can't say that I would stay at this hotel again.

NillWhen booking I asked if the amenities were in working order. Pool and hot tub. Go to the pool and hot tub.. pool is dirty and hot tub not in order. Paid cash for the breakfast. Next morning go to breakfast we are not on the list. Poor communication and will not stay again. Rooms are old and need renovations.
