NillOnly if you could give 0 stars and still post your experiences... This hotel is awful.. The beds are so uncomfortable no box springs at all. The food was cold and they want to charge ypu 25 dollars if you take food to your room? That's insane! The staff was rude and unhelpful. Kids running up and down the halls and when you call to complain they come up with excuses.. I will NEVER stay here again!!!!!! 0 STARS

NillThe location has easy access to the freeway, and there are many stores and dining options around the area. Staff was not the friendliest, and the breakfast was not the tastiest either. The room was clean and comfortable. That's the only reason why I'm giving the place a high rating. You'll get a clean room. Just don't expect a warm welcoming.

★Positive: The staff wasn?t friendly to have to not get up to help us with breakfast was too busy playing phones. No good morning or good night nothing should be working in there. Negative: I kiss for the prize and I pay for I need to upgrade in those rooms,

NillFront desk clerk at check in was courteous and efficient. This older hotel is a little rough around the edges but it's affordable and the rooms are clean. Good location. Breakfast had a lot of choices but there was only white bread. Also the biscuits and gravy were cold. The next morning there was a leaf blower roaring under my window before 8 am. I don't expect a great view out of the window but a sloppy roof patch was especially ugly.

NillThe woman we checked in with was nice enough, the room was average, but the overnight staff treat their guests terribly. The woman we checked in said they can give us change for laundry but Raj the overnight "manager on duty" said no. We had to leave and find somewhere to break a 20 that their ATM gave us and we were told they'd break. We were ignored completely when asking to help locate certain amenities, and singled out and embarrassed when simply bringing 1 waffle from breakfast which up to the room. My girlfriend was bringing it for me, we paid over 100 dollars for one night and we're disrespected, treated terribly, and embarrassed in front of other guests. Customer service was non existent the overnight manager is on a power trip and instead of trying to please his guests so they return, leaving them wondering why quality inn would hire such an individual. Blows my mind. Elevator almost breaks every time we used it. Serious safety hazard we seriously thought we were going to die. Terrible hotel, dangerous to leave elevator operational instead of having it repaired. Hire people who have never heard of customer service to be their over night managers. DONT STAY HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT THANK YOU RAJ FOR SAVING ANYBODY WHO READS THIS THE HASSLE AND FRUSTRATION OF STAYING AT YOUR SUB-PAR HOTEL

NillRooms were great, and so was breakfast. The only complaint was how well we could hear the neighbors. I do think it was simply inconsiderate tenants, so I don't blame the hotel. After a rough night, we did see the front desk when night two was off to a similar start. The clerk then spoke to the neighbors. Kudos for helping us out because the yelling and noise did cease. Our second night was much better! That's not an easy job, and we appreciate the service. I would book here again.

NillChanging my review from last October. From five stars to one. First off, the room was expensive. It's Friday and spring training starts next week so imagine what it cost. The first room they gave me, 102, the TV remote did not operate the TV. The front desk lady did give me the original remote for the TV and it was slightly better but you had to literally stand right up on the TV for it to work and you couldn't use the guide, so you just had to change channels up or down very very slowly. So she moved me to room 315, which was two queen beds instead of the one king bed that I wanted. First off there is no hot water in the shower. 2. The sheets do not fit the beds, apparently they think putting full size sheets on a queen size bed is okay. It is not. They also only put a sheet on the bed, with that crappy whatever they call it on top. No blanket. 3. The lamp shades are all torn up, 4. the office chair for the desk does not want to stay up when I raise it. 5. There is no place by the bed to plug my phone charger into. I had to either unplug the lamp or the clock to free up one outlet. 6. There is no place by the desk to plug anything in. There is one outlet and you have to either unplug the lamp or the tv to free up an outlet. The other outlets in the room are not convenient to use unless you have a long extension cord. 7. The bathroom sucks, there is no room at the sink to put any of my toiletries. Shave kit has to go on the back of the toilet (gross) and very few things on the tiny sink counter area. Room 315 just feels ghetto. I really don't even want to be in the room. It is that uncomfortable. But you can't get a refund. If I could get a refund, I would get my money back and go sleep in my vehicle. This was not a quality stay, if I cannot expect consistent quality in every room that I pay for, especially when it's at the same motel, I will never stay again. I am not going to play guessing games, oh am I going to get a good room or a bad room this time? These places are way too expensive for that. Now, if I get one bad room, I just assume they are all bad. I guess I got lucky last time. But luck doesn't pay for the motel rooms. My money does. Tonight I feel like I got ripped off. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that all of the amenities, tv, hot water, toilet, drains, etc, work. Not just in one room, in all of the rooms. I have to work hard to earn my money, the motel needs to earn it as well. If I have to request a different room than the first one they give me, it's an automatic fail. I mark the motel DNS (do not stay) in my address book and I never go back. From now on I will no longer stay in Phoenix motels or hotels. They all suck in my experience, including this one. If I have to be in Phoenix overnight again, I will just sleep in my vehicle. Otherwise I will stay in some other city an hour or more away. I would give zero stars if I could, but you have to give at least one.

NillIf you want to take your breakfast to your room to eat, then don't stay here! I normally grab breakfast and take it back to my room so I can eat while getting some work done. The gentleman in the front very rudely stopped me and would not allow me to take my plate with me to my room. If those are the rules, then that's fine, but at least be hospitality about informing your guests. Maybe use the words excuse me or I'm sorry but...... He never did show me the sign that didn't allow me to have breakfast in the room.
