We loved our stay! When we checked in, I told Morningstar we had a dog with us. She got us checked in and noticed when we walked in, our dog was a puppy. She had us on the 4th floor, but asked if a first floor room would be easier for potty breaks. She was absolutely fantastic during our three night stay. Connor at the front desk was also great. The staff here are top notch, and the property is beautiful. Great experience!

After the first night we woke with bed bugs. The cooler/heater rattles and is difficult to work. The bathtub faucet leaked. Breakfast is expensive if you only want fruit and coffee. Parking was $12 per night. The staff was very helpful and patient with our bed bug complaint. They instantly offered a new room but we were not inclined to stay another night. There is soap, skin cream, and shampoo in the bathroom. Towels are nice, but no other amenities. A good sized stain on the rug.

All the staff is very friendly, cordial and helpful! Connor at the front desk was especially helpful in getting us the room we requested and accommodating our needs. He was great! Breakfast buffet was top quality and the restaurant manager was super nice too. Our only recommendation is that the air conditioner fan in our room was a bit noisy, other than that definitely 5 stars! Mark & Terrie Heiling

I try to avoid this hotel anytime I come to chandler. The hotel is not very clean. The staff is rude. It 12 dollars a day to park and they want 16 for standard holiday inn breakfast buffet. You'll be lucky to get a cup of coffee in the morning. The coffee doesn't come out until around 6am and it seems once it's gone it's gone. Two days now I haven't been able to get coffee in the morning because the pot was empty. I am platinum member and requested a room on the top floor and away from the elevators and they gave me a first floor room across from the elevator. The toilet in the room would randomly fill at times which was surprisingly loud and even woke me up a few times throughout the night. When I asked to move rooms I was told there was nothing they could do. In a past stay they charged me a smoking fee even though I went outside every time to smoke. I was even asked at times to smoke in the far area of the parking lot. The GM basically called me a liar and said he would not remove the fee. AVOID THIS HOTEL. There are much nicer places in the area.

We have been coming to this hotel for years. Hadn’t in the last few years. They have a bar and grill area but the new OWNERS DO NOT UTILIZE. AND DONT NOTE ON THEIR PROFILE. They now charge $15.99 for what they call “BREAKFAST “. Just walk down to Safeway grocery store and pick up some things. Last they NOW charge $12/day for parking. THIS ALSO IS NOT ON THEIR PROFILE AND THIS MUST OF CHANGED IN THE LAST 2 YEARS. I understand if in a city BUT NOT IN CHANDLER, DO NOT STAY HERE THEIR ARE OTHER IHG HOTELS THAT HAVE A “GREAT” Continental Breakfast. AND THE OTHERS DO NOT CHARGE FOR PARKING.

Every year we get sent to chandler for work and i often opt to stay here because I know it's in a safe neighborhood and it is a clean hotel. But every year i return it gets worse. -$12 a day for parking? when in the past there was no parking fee -The breakfast isn't free, let alone cheap. "only $15.99" - the water in the pool is super cloudy and the hot tub jets were broken when i visited last - Also, the beds are super hard. Still a nice hotel but because of the price gouging i plan on going elsewhere in the future.

The hotel itself is a nice and comforting place. The staff however is not. I couldn’t have my tv above volume 10 without getting a noise complaint. The staff even came and said something to me while smoking outside. Needless to say I got charged with a smoking fee, even though they watched me go outside and smoke every time. There is no way to dispute or fight it, so if they say you were smoking then that’s it! I travel the country year round for work, and have stayed in plenty hotels. I will not be back to this one. I recommend you go somewhere else.

Stayed two nights. Worst place I have stayed in quite a while. |Checkin at the front desk had serious attitude energy |Water pressure was minimal at best. Took 2-3 min to refill |Wall AC not cooling. Turned out the coils were matted with months or even years of dust and dirt. Day and a half after requesting maintenance (from the attitude energy front desk person) cleaned it ourselves with a hairbrush. Maintenance never came. |No hot water. More like luke warm water. |$12/ day for parking (who does that for a shared parking lot in the Valley?) and $16 for a "hot" breakfast makes the total daily price more expensive than other nicer hotels in the area. |Had to practically beg for towels and coffee at the end of the day since services are apparently not part of the deal for stays of 2 nights|The "don't care" factor is high here. |Better places for same or less money in the area.
