Let’s start with the good, The location is right near the train so 5 start there. Another thing staff seemed friendly, and I liked the parking arrangements. I was a guest of a renter and the place was horrible on everything else! Not enough towels, needs bigger TVs, (microwave doesn’t let you push 1 min) working appliances, better cleaners, the inside of the refrigerator was terrible, the wall paint was dumb and we never received any of the extra towels that were requested. I get it , it was cheap, but dang can we not catch anything while there.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at American Executive Suite in Mesa, Arizona. When I checked in, I was not informed that there was no water in the room. To make matters worse, the room itself was disgusting. It smelled horrible, and the so-called "hot tub" looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The towels were dirty, and the microwave had some unidentifiable liquid in it that made me feel sick just looking at it. This place is filthy, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. I'd say do better but I really don't think your actually trying by the responses to these bad reviews that you're leaving. See I can copy and paste too! Booked off Expedia, pictures looked way better then what the condition was in person. Stayed in the purple and blue room at the end of the complex. Staff was nice but, Honestly was the worst room I’ve stayed in. Smelled like mold badly, found a huge cockroach behind the chair in the corner. Floor was so dirty that your feet will turn black just walking from the entrance to the bathroom. I see that the owner is responding to these reviews, to the owner: I know good help is hard to find but please just take the time to clean the rooms so people don’t have the experience we have had and many others. I don’t understand how you can rent them out in the condition they’re in and have a clear conscious.

The older hotel has seen better days, but the staff are super friendly and helpful. At minimum, the things that needed to work, did work, and the price point was spot-on. I pray that they put some $$ into some new sheets, modern room features, and bathroom amenities, but for what it is, the price matches. One cool thing about my room was that it featured a microwave, stove and fridge. That's a nice feature allowing food to be cooked here, saving even more $$. It's a nice place for anyone watching their spending.

Just off near downtown Mesa. Rooms are not huge but good if you're spending the night. For me the beds were the best part. Sunk into both in the different rooms I was in. Not the over plush or brick hard beds...just nice comfortable sheets and a...good bed. Honestly, didn't feel like I'd laid in a bed like this since I was a kid. I want one!!

I stayed here on 1/31-2/1 and it seemed pretty nice upon arrival until like 1:30 am when I got woke up by the neighbors arguing, slamming doors. So I let it go for about 20 mins, and then called the front office. I told them what was going on and that it had woke me up. She said she was going to go talk to them, well she must have thought it wasn't important enough , because the yelling that I could hear clearly in my room lasted for an unbearable 3 hours until I finally called the cops. It's now 3:40 am and I can't sleep. Poor management. There wifi kept logging us on and then logged us off 3 mins later.so basically this place don't have wifi either. This was my first time here and I'm pretty sure I will NEVER be coming back nor recommending it to anyone. *Rowdy neighbors *no wifi like said they had. * no attempt to remedy the problem once notified. Very bad choice of places on my part this time.

To start off … the staff were very nice and helpful . But the room was horrific ! The bed felt like I was laying on box springs not comfortable at all( woke up sore) , the tv/phone didn’t work, the wall/cabinets were deteriorating, roaches 🪳 , their towels& sheets looked like they haven’t been washed ( dark marks ) on white towels, cigarette burns in the bedsheets , and tweakers walking around &camping on the complex! . Don’t think I would ever give this place a chance again . It should be illegal to have such a run down motel with no effort into making it atleast look decent

This place is the worst. The rooms were filthy. The second day they moved us to another room that was miserable. Dirty, faucet coming out, walls have a lot of spills, took of my shoes and just walking from bed to bathroom, my sock were black. Door looks like it's been broken down several times. No coffee pot, no towel holder, no cover on A/C. Said they are pet friendly but constantly complaining about the dog( she's a registered service dog). For $90 a night , we left!!!!!!!! Don't go here
