Red Roof Inn Mesa

The rooms are kinda disappointing, there's apparently no room service (most things you have to do yourself). The service at the front desk is good but always seems to be too busy as a line of guests forms quickly and only one person at a time is taken care of. The location is great, just down from the Gilbert/Main Street light rail station for easy transportation connections.

I have been here a week so far and all of the staff is wonderful to work with. This property has a night security guard to help with any safety concerns. The owners stay on site sometimes and see all that goes on here. Many thanks for the stay so far!

I've been staying here almost 2 weeks at first online it said it was red roof inn and pet friendly when I get here it's not pet friendly and it's not even red roof inn and then over time it goes from 87$ a night to 125$ a night and I paid every 3 days according to the job I was here to do and almost 2 weeks in I can't pay for my room any longer than one more day because they have it reserved to somebody else! After almost $1000 also found one single cockroach over my week and a half stay

The lady at the front desk is amazing. Nicest person ever! Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy. Our toddler called the front desk without us realizing, and the lady there was do kind to him. I would definitely stay here again. It's also only like 20 mins to the gateway airport.

Okay, staff was nice to me, but man it’s pricy as heck. I paid 50 dollars for a room and when I got there to check in they said they want to put a 150$ deposit on my card. I had no clue about the check in fee. No payment details. It just told me about the room and the price for each night. I’ve been to other motels before and I paid exactly the same way. Online and check in. No check in fee. Absolute rip off! Never coming back here again. It took 15 days for me to finally get a refund.

This room was great for our needs. The rate was very cheap ($51 total), the bed was comfortable, lots of TV channel options, and the bathroom was roomy. What I didn't like is the location is in a rough part of Mesa, the door had a huge gap in between the bottom and side of the door frame so our room was very cold and you could hear EVERYTHING outside the room as if it was inside of the room, and the heater unit was very loud and its location is under the curtains so it blew the curtains outward.

Mediocre stay. Cute and updated rooms. Comfy bed! However, the pricing is a bit on the high side, considering the surrounding area is only slightly above terrible in my opinion The deposit is $150 so with that and the nightly stay at around $60 I'm going to need the free coffee available round the clock not just in the AM and also the employees could be nicer and more accommodating. I needed towels because I gave mine to the maid but left immediately to an appointment so I didn't receive new ones. The man at the front desk gave me an attitude like I had just made him miss the ending of his favorite show or something. He looked up my room number and than I told him the reason as to why I had no towels. He looked at me like he didn't believe a word I had just said. He told me that he'd help me this once but I need to talk to the maids when they come by in the day. Whatever dude go watch the rest of your show. Crabby!
