NillThe price was fair for what it was. Our bed was new and comfy. The place was super basic but clean. My problem is that I left my phone charging in the room by mistake. I went back for it and no one had seen or found it. Yet it was left in plain sight. All staff acted clueless and was attempting to gaslight me. Went back into the room a second time to call it and my phone was hidden under the mattress with the charger. Nicely placed.....deep under the mattress. Not sure if after I began my accusations they hurried and hid my phone or if they just hoped I wouldn't find it ...but that was bullshit. EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE You're correct, my expectations were not met because i didnt not expect to be robbed by the hotel staff. Thank you for training staff to not rob guests in the future.

Nill*Front desk said my room number out loud so everyone in the lobby could hear. That is a security issue.🤬 *Ice machine out of order. *TV only has 4 channels. *Out of tissue. The front desk said order hadn't come in for months *Only gives you two towels one for each person, really ,🤬 *No coffee cups in the room I'm very disappointed for the prize. I've stayed at different Hotel Suites and never get this kind of services.

NillRoom and bathroom were clean. Quiet after 10ish as most places get. Not too busy. Budget friendly. Definitely recommend if you're traveling thru. It's a much safer area than city center hotels. I actually forgot to roll up the window and everything was still there untouched. Bathroom picture is to show how clean it is when I walked in.

NillFelt very safe, just needed a place to crash for the night with my cat. Bathroom was really small, a little bit on the old side but it was clean - which is all I cared about. Room was very spacious.

NillI was in this place for a week when we entered the room get a stinky smell, door was not completely dust proof tile was missing also toiletries are so scary very dangerous products, front office staff was very nice paying with tax 150 dollars not worth at all compared to many other cities Gilbert and Mesa become very expensive theese days government charges are ridiculous , TV none of the channels was clear also there’s no WiFi connection usable

NillFor the price you pay or someone else pays you would think that this place would be a lot better it was $600 for 6 days $138 for my little dog the place smelled like insect spray when we went in carpet was horribly stained the only good thing I can say is the bed was really good and their countertops are nice and big TV didn't work very well some channels don't come in might get eight or nine channels if you're lucky the staff was friendly but for what they make people charge they should take better care of this place and our door won't shut unless you slam it I don't like leaving bad reviews but the office looked better than my room just saying

NillStayed a few nights for spring training baseball, close to the ball park, rooms are clean, safe area, close to restaurants, great value for the price.

NillI had a unique set of circumstances that easily could have been dismissed by the staff. However, the hotel’s general manager worked with me with kindness and understanding to come to a good solution. The office staff were great to deal with too. Thank you both, Derik and Darlene! You were fantastic to work with. Thanks again!
