Hampton Inn Parker

Excellent visit! It was my first visit here and the service I received definitely left a big impression. Check in was a breeze, and the rooms were clean. The fact that Saturday breakfast starts at 6am was a huge plus. Rhesa was outstanding! Her customer service skills seem to come naturally. One example- we had a small team event in the lounge and she went out of her way to do little extra things to make us feel special. She’s a gem, but really everyone we met was extremely nice and helpful and it made our stay very pleasant.

The ♿️ room & bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows and clean sheets. It was easy to adjust the thermostat. What wasn't easy was turning on the shower/s. I pushed, pulled, tried everything I could see or think of, and never got either of the shower heads to work. Please add instructions in the ♿️ bathroom. I'm only 67 yrs old but had my 88 yr old mother with me. Neither of us like baths, just 🚿 showers. For $200+ with tax & fees, it should be more common sense to turn on the shower or instruction card should be provided. Thank you.

Rhesa and the crew were nothing short of amazing. We had a rough experience checking into another hotel in town and were able to switch easily to the Hampton Inn. The rooms and hotel are CLEAN, smelled amazing and nothing seems to be outdated throughout the hotel. We cannot thank you enough for such a great experience at the Hampton Inn!

My only issue is the mini fridge you can’t control it my beverages were warm within an hour. According to the front desk lady “oh I’m sorry but you are more than welcome to use the fridge in the lobby for your beverages” let me remind you that I’m on the third floor. Ridiculous

Had an awesome stay at this hotel for the second time, we come yearly for the ADR race, always helpful and the service is excellent. The night manager Rhesa went out of her way with excellent service and made the small event that we had there go smoothly.

Rooms were clean and ready for us at check in. The air wasn’t on when we came in, and Arizona heat should have a little airflow. We left all day Saturday and came back and the room was 78 degrees with no air circulating. Looks as if the thermostat was turned off completely which was strange because we had to sign on the door for no service. Beds were comfortable enough and pillows are exactly what you think of hotel pillows. Bathroom was clean but we had no shampoo in the shower bottle and had to go downstairs and as for a refill bottle. Breakfast area was clean and the food was decent. The woman who was working both mornings we were there was excellent and super friendly. Drove in on a Friday night, empty upon arrival, and the woman who was at the front desk didn’t even greet us when we walked in, we had to greet her friend. After that she was hardly personable or friendly. Same goes for the woman working the front desk Saturday night, not even a hello acknowledgment. The woman working Sunday morning was very friendly though.

If you need somewhere to stay. Staff grouchy and LIED about the pool being closed being on the web site. She could not show me where on the web site it said this and then in front of me repeated the lie on the phone to another customer. The recommendation for supper was truly awful. Avoid the Mexican restaurant.

The stay was an amazing experience. Breakfast was great and customer service was on point. Lady’s in the front and the kitchen staff were so friendly. I would definitely stay again. The rooms were also very were clean and we had all amenities accessible. Thank you!
