NillA pleasant way to start a long journey north to finish at another DAYS INN which was not as modern and lovely as this YUMA site. Location is terrific, REGISTRATION was friendly, quick and easy (it always helps to pre-book your reservations) and the room was a pleasant surprise for such a much-frequented facility. Clean, large and open and surprisingly up-to-date. The modern lamp bases all have much-needed power outlets and USB ports Bathroom was modern with a useful hand rail for the tub/shower, pleasant toiletries and a modern luggage shelf/coat rack in addition to the usual coat bar. Bedding was firm, clean and providing a very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was the usual standard continental but the motel is right across from the well-known BROKEN YOLK CAFE if you want something more substantial after 7 a.m.

NillI booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi. Drove 5 hours to get here and take part in a local event, Sunday morning I had the breakfast they serve in the lobby. Asked receptionist what time the jacuzzi opens. She said 8am, at 8:15 I went to sit in jacuzzi but the pool cleaner man said I couldn’t because he put chemicals, I waited and the pool cleaners were still out there at 10am. My husband went to complain at the lobby and receptionist said she didn’t know anything. Pool cleaner should have serviced the pool area at 7am to make sure it was ready for guests at 8am. Finally got to use the jacuzzi after 10:30 am my husband called desk and they let us stay until noon for our in convience . I only booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi.

NillTraveled and stayed at this location in Yuma with my wife and our two dogs. Pleasant experience and if we are in the area again we will stay at this location. Dedicated traffic lights on the street to this hotel made getting out on the road the next morning super easy. The hot breakfast of eggs and sausage patties were an added bonus.

NillWe stated here for two nights so I could get dental work in Mexico. I stay at Wyndams often for work and they are typically fine. This one was exceptionally clean. I appreciate this. It’s an older hotel that has been updated lots, so lots of mismatched things. But, I can overlook all that for cleanliness. The beds are comfy but a bit too soft for my liking. Not a big deal.

NillExtremely frustrated with this hotel. They doubled billed me and I've been chasing my money back. Dealing with the front desk has been a nightmare. They all tell me something different and were rude. Cannot believe that none of them seemed to care about double billing me. I'm now working on a dispute with my credit card company. If you are going to have a hotel you should have people at the front desk who can at least pretend to be friendly and care. I won't stay here again

NillAwesome hotel. Clean. Does little aesthetic details, like creative flower shapes on towels which may not seem like much but psychologically makes you feel more welcome. Whomever corporate team designed the app should be fired.

NillSurprisingly, I thought this Wyndham location would have been the same as the one we experienced in San Diego but this one was far better with room quality, bed comfort, services, breakfast, and parking. Perfect spot for the perfect price. We only stayed one day but wouldn’t have minded more days if it was in our schedule.

NillFirst off temper your expectations with this hotel. Number one you are in Yuma not Palm Springs number two It is a La Quinta not a Holiday Inn express. And really the only reason why I’m giving them such a mediocre review is because there was cold water in the morning when I went to take a shower. the front desk girl when I just made a comment about how my stay (after she asked) she was like “oh I’m sorry about that” and then offered no solution. So take it for what it’s worth it might be a cold shower in the morning, but the rooms were good enough. A little dated some of the trim needed replacing some cracked things here there. Definitely miles apart from the days inn in Toledo, Ohio, which is a trap house .
