Frazier View Motel

One of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed at! Location is a few minutes off of the freeway, therefore you get to enjoy a quiet night's rest. It has a very homey feel and check in is super easy and convenient especially if you are getting in late. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfy rest after a long drive.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay here! The woman who runs the place is extremely helpful and attentive to your needs. Simple but very clean and newly renovated rooms. Looked to have been brand newly painted/caulked etc. Nice shower. My absolute favorite feature was that our tv had an external speaker on it, you never see that in a hotel! Allows for better sound quality and doesn’t bleed ugly sound into the next room. Great little town with nice restaurants and a very friendly bar, all within walking distance. We even went on a beautiful hike from the trailhead that starts a block or two up San Carlos trail.

My husband and I stayed here for a night on our way from Sacramento to L.A. for a cruise, and we enjoyed our stay! It is out of town in the mountains. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable!

Great motel - super clean and comfortable and easy to get to from the freeway. Nice and quiet location as well. Happy with the room and great orice for the standard of amenities.

7 minutes from i5, in a quiet village. Wake up to a mountain scene, take a short walk to breakfast, then just an hour south and you’re in LA. Late arrival after 9pm can be a problem (booking.com screwed up my reservation but text to owner resolved it; better to use hotel's website). Keyless entry. Room heaters work well. 2nd floor has no elevator. Don't stub your toe on the toilet door! Not much nightlife but you can buy frozen food at the grocery store until 10pm and microwave it in the room. Better to just bed early and enjoy a morning village walk in fresh cool air instead of hot L.A. basin

Great hotel to break up a drive beween San Diego and SF: Very clean rooms, convientient to restaurants and very low cost. The unassuming rooms have good beds and the location is quiet. Checkin is BnB style (ie nobody is there) and there is nobody in attendance. I've stayed twice and will stay again.

Very clean, reasonably priced. Comfy bed, nicely outfitted if you're staying a few days. Close proximity to major roads. Contactless check-in/out available, solid locks on doors:)
