I chose The Inn for a senior executive business meeting and the hotel and the staff were amazing. The property was renovated recently and it's so beautiful. I love the vintage charm, decor and furnishings; it feels like an exclusive 1920's Hollywood getaway hidden in a gorgeous area north of San Diego. I've planned meetings at a lot of high-end properties and the staff here delivered an exceptional experience for myself and the group. My team couldn't stop raving about the customer service and how good the food and service were. It made my job easy! ||I fell in love with the in-room shower with arguably the best water pressure I've ever experienced. Combined with the Dyson blow dryer provided, I've never had such a good hair day. Can't wait to be back and will hopefully be able to add an extra day to relax and enjoy being a guest. Would love to use the pool and spa next time! If you love vintage charm, history and a small, cozy property with high-end, friendly customer service, this property is right up your alley.

My husband and I travel often—both for work and pleasure—and we’ve stayed everywhere from the Ritz in Hawaii to boutique hotels in the South of France. This was, hands down, our favorite hotel experience. Every detail felt intentional, from the thoughtfully designed rooms to the warm, attentive staff - even the amenities. We loved the Inn and can't wait to come back!

I stayed at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe as my now husband and I were getting married at a property near by. I got the Bungalow suite and it couldn't have been a better experience all around. From cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff, it was such a great stay. It was a great room for all of my girlfriends to get ready in, take pictures at and make fun memories together. All of the staff were amazing. The valet went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. The food was amazing as well.

The customer service at this hotel is terrible. I will never return, and I warn others to avoid it. The hostess at the main restaurant Lillian's provided the worst customer experience imaginable on two days in a row (after a terrible first experience, we only returned on day 2 as there was nowhere else to go). We arrived at the hostess counter, and there is noone else waiting. The restaurant is almost empty, and she won't seat us because "reservations are about to arrive." We say we called the restaurant to check we did not need a booking and that we were guests of the hotel, and she continues to refuse to seat us. We walk past her and sit in the bar instead and order from a small bar menu. Beware if you see someone at the counter who is petite with long dyed blond hair. The same thing happened on day 2.||I also had terrible customer service from the sales people answering the phone.... wish I had stayed at another town.... but it was good to learn that the town of Rancho Santa Fe has nothing to offer as we were thinking of moving to the area and now we will not.

I had a delightful weekend stay at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. The hotel has been totally renovated to the highest standard and is now a tropical paradise located in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe. The hotel is an incredibly relaxing place to stay and the ambience is charming and the grounds incredibly well maintained and beautiful. It really is an oasis of tranquility and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The hotel is incredibly well run and I was immensely impressed to see the manager Vikram present in person early on a Sunday morning as I sat but the pool. The staff are immensely professional and provide a warm and genuine energy to the hotel, which comes naturally, and in a relaxed manner. Tamara on the front desk is the epitome of professionalism, exuding a natural understated charm, and immediately makes you feel at home. Iona on the breakfast terrace was kind, thoughtful, and engaging. The swimming pool is a perfect place to relax, with charming green and white-striped cabanas, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with floral wallpaper, natural wooden beams, sofas, and paintings, all of which look like the setting of an interior design magazine photo shoot. The hot tubs of course is of course another welcome feature. I highly recommend this place, which is also clearly also a popular destination for parties and weddings. I will be back!

Room was shabby with musty smell. Staff was friendly. Grounds beautiful. Short walk to Rancho. Service at restaurant excellent. Food was not on par. There was construction right outside our window which we weren't informed of before booking. However the spa was a great experience. The massages world class!

Wonderful, quiet and private room. Easy access from our private parking area, which I appreciated. TOTO BIDET toilets!!! Super comfy mattress, dog-friendly, great location, lovely amenities. Check-in was so nice - I was even given options on which room would best suit my needs. Already booked my next stay!!
