Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year or so and every time we are so impressed with the staff and the overall facility. |The entire staff is always friendly, kind and helpful which makes staying here a delight. When it comes to a chain motel there are not a lot of surprises, they are pretty much the same. That said, the staff at this hotel makes all the difference in the world.

I've stayed at numerous Hiltons as an active rewards member and business traveler, and this location has the absolute best hospitality and staff of any that I can recall. The lobby features updated furnishings and a casual restaurant and bar stocked with local wine and cocktails and a menu beyond the norm. Welcoming and happy staff are everywhere, taking great pride in the property and their hospitality. Unbeatable pricing and comfortable facilities.

I like this place but had a very bad meal in the little restaurant. Prices are high. I ordered two eggs over easy at $15.95 and got two hard-cooked eggs swimming in grease, with two strips of bacon and dried up potatoes from the buffet. For some reason the cook could not correct that and I canceled the order. It was all very weird. The $19.95 buffet is not looking very good either. The next day I went to Carl’s Junior, a short walk away just past the movie theater.||I like the location, in an office park sort of environment north of Santa Rosa. The room is very nice and spacious. No charge for parking. Staff was very good, even in the restaurant (except the cook.) Everything worked in the room except some of the liquids in the bathroom were not replenished. Keurig coffee maker. Lobby is small but nice.

The front desk host, Jessica, went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. She made our stay extra enjoyable due to her friendliness and attention to detail. Please make sure she is properly recognized for her outstanding customer service.

This is a great Hilton near the airport! Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Good kitchen and staff. Provides great traveler support. The staff is exceptional.

After having a horrifying experience in a trashy hotel at Gold Beach the night before, we were SO pleased with our stay at this hotel. We fell asleep instantly once we settled in. It was clean, safe, the staff was polite and pleasant, and the breakfast was very tasty. We purchased our room with the breakfast vouchers and had very tasty omelettes. The grounds were pretty and my little children enjoyed walking around outside. The furniture was a bit outdated as well as the bathrooms but overall I would stay there again just for the cleanliness factor. We were traveling with my husband with a 2.5yrold and an 8month old.

Three Family couples from out of town were attending a Windsor police academy graduation today and had the great pleasure to have chosen the Hilton Garden Inn for overnight and Bodega banquet room accommodations. A fourth couple arrived in a small motorhome(thats us) and were cheerfully granted permission to park overnight.|The desk staff Florina and Sandra were so kind and respectful...Thank you ladies...|The inside and outside areas are gorgeous as in Garden like.. The bartender Natasha moved us and brought our drinks to the fireplace seating area for warmth...and checked very frequently on our needs. Thank you so much Natasha...Excellent, excellent service.|The graduate was booked to stay overnight tonight...and when he chose to cancel very late past the grace period the desk was so kind to allow the cancelation without charge.|We all were able to fit into the shuttle van that took us to a local place to dine. and returned to pick us up after the meal. Thank you pretty shuttle driver lady!| Thank you all at Hilton Garden Inn for making our graduation day so special.|These folks care about us and it shows....Thank you all

We had a great experience here. The rooms were clean, the food was good and the pool was nice. We went with our daughter’s softball team and they treated us really nicely. In fact, we left behind a few clothes and Jessica from the hotel staff called us personally to ask if we’d like it sent to us. She was so kind. We are very happy with this hotel and highly recommend it.
