DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park

We flew into Greeley for a concert and chose Doubletree for it’s proximity to the venue. Super impressed by this hotel! Beautiful lobby, friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. In addition, it is a very walkable location with tons of shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommend!!

Very nice hotel for a very fair price. Lobby and bar/eatery are comfortable and very well appointed, staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and updated. The park right across the street was nice and lit up for Christmas which added a nice little touch during my stay. Great hotel and I plan to return.

Positive: The staff was great, the view of Lincoln Park was beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable. Negative: The drain in the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. I would not recommend the buffet breakfast. There were no warmers under the hot food so the food was cold. We were given a credit for our three buffet breakfasts and ordered from the menu.

Easy check in and their indoor pool is seriously warm. Absolutely no disappointment here! Nice facility with saltwater, and the whirlpool is outside. Yes, we received our warm cookies at check-in. Thanks Double Tree!

Good luck getting the room type you reserved. This is the second time my room reservation has not been honored at this property. I made the reservation months in advance for a corner room. Upon arrival, I was handed a key to a room in the middle of the hotel on the second floor. I was not informed of the downgrade and I was initially charged for the upgraded room rate. When I asked what was happening, they mentioned being fully booked. I asked for and received a reduced rate, but it was not volunteered. The indifference of the staff and lack of customer service is disappointing.||Here is a direct quote from their customer service via text: "...unfortunately, reservations are to guarantee you have a room at our property; we can never guarantee the room type, floor, or room number." ||Isn't this the whole purpose of a reservation? So, if you choose to stay at this property, the room type you select is apparently irrelevant. The only thing they will guarantee is you will have a room. That's it.

Great hotel! The rooms are large and the hotel lobby is super modern and decorated well. The hotel is very clean. The staff is great. A special thanks to Marilyn and her assistance getting us settled! She has great customer service.

Decent run-of-the-mill DoubleTree hotel in a nice area. Since everything is pricey in Boulder, the quality-price ratio for what it has to offer may seem lower than average, but you have to put things in context. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Currently staying at the DoubleTree hotel in Greeley, CO and although it is nice, it is not safe. My husband and I arrived on Sunday and we will be checking out on Friday. Our car was broken into TWICE. The first night we checked in they broke into our vehicle and managed to steal a pair of sunglasses and a random lock we had in the vehicle. During our second night we noticed that they broke into our vehicle AGAIN! This time they didn't steal anything, however, our vehicle had wires sticking out below the steering wheel as if they attempted to hotwire the vehicle. The hotel is nice and I thought it was a safe location. My husband and I will be returning in March 2025 and I doubt we will be staying here. The parking is free, which may be a perk, but there is no security on the premise and any random person can park in the parking lot. I gave the hotel a 2 star rating on the location simply because I believe it is not a generally safe area. We travel frequently all over the country and this is the first time this happens to us. BEWARE! DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE.
