I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites in Lakewood with my family during our vacation, and our experience was fantastic. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Whether it was answering questions, providing local recommendations, or ensuring our stay was comfortable, their positive attitude made a huge difference. It’s clear that when a hotel has a team as dedicated and professional as the front desk staff here, it elevates the entire experience. Great service deserves recognition, and I truly appreciate their kindness and support throughout our stay. The breakfast was a great start to the day, with hot options like eggs, toasted bagels, and waffles, along with cold choices like yogurt, cereals, and more. The coffee was surprisingly good! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with a separate living area that included a sofa bed. If you're traveling with a small group, there is plenty of space for luggage. The only small downside was the sliding bathroom door, which doesn’t close completely—it wasn’t a major issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price and is an excellent choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!

We spent one night at Springhill Suites Denver West before heading to the mountains/Keystone Resort. It’s a great starting point, close to I-70 and about 60 miles from Keystone. We liked the location with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Customer service was great. We spoke to three different people at the front desk and they were all very helpful. They provide free parking, free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast. We recommend staying at Springhill Suites for a comfortable stay.

Stopped by the Springhill Suites for an evening. Great place to stay.|What we noticed when we entered the lobby was the cleanliness and lack of odors. I don't have pets in my house, and don't like to stay in places that accommodates pets. There were no funky pet odors in this place. We talked to the staff and they said they don't allow them.||Room was clean and odor free. The room we had was furnished with 2 queen beds and a sofa the made into a bed. The beds were comfortable. We were in a party of 4, so I ended up on the couch. I slept very well. The room had a desk area that separated the beds from the sofa/ sitting area. Great place to work. I was up until about 2AM working on some things for work. The folks in the room never knew that I was working; there is a sliding partition between the beds and the desk, so I shut that and kept on working.||A couple of preferences. The bathroom has a sliding door, with a milk glass insert. Great for staying alone or with a significant other, but not so good when staying with friends. A little uncomfortable. ||The second is the food/ beverage service. For breakfast there was a selection of cereals, yogurt, waffles, etc. The quiche was undercooked and not pleasant. The meats were either a turkey sausage or something like that but not pork. There were bagels with egg and some type of meat were prepackaged and reheated, we couldn't do those either. On the positive side, the juice dispenser was open all night and the tea/ coffee bar was stocked. However, there was no hot water after a certain hour. ||The big thing for me is the cleanliness and service. The SpringHill Suites at this location knocked that one out of the park for me.

I want to start by saying this hotel and staff completely go above and beyond to ensure that as a customer you are valued, understood, satisfied and comfortable. During my Extended 26 day stay, I was operating the refrigerator in my room, which was only a two hour fridge. That means it would cool for only two hours. After a day or two of not opening the fridge. All of my store-bought food had gone bad. I notified the staff by which they immediately Took action and replaced the fridge in my room With a brand new fridge. I did say that I did spend a little money on this, but it was no big deal and that I thought they should possibly let other customers know. Within the next day, the fridge was replaced, while they stored some of my takeout food in their commercial refrigerators. I stay at this location for several weeks at a time multiple times out of the year. The staff knows me personally by name answers the phone when I call my name and always makes accommodations to give me the rooms that I enjoy. I could not say enough things about this location and its staff. A few days later, they surprised me with a note in my room, along with a gift card to target to help with the replacement of the food I had lost. I now consider the staff my family as they treated me like theirs. Thank you for making my time away from home feel more like home. This Will forever be remembered by me.

This place was great! Very clean, friendly staff, well located on the outskirts of the city. We tend to stay at Springhill Suites as having two queen beds with a trundle bed works for our family of four (two kids). Would have been nice to have an indoor pool and a non-low-flow toilet (I hate those things with a passion), but terrific deal for the price.

Unacceptable Service and Disrespect for Service Animals – A Nightmare Stay I rarely leave reviews, but after the experience I had at this so-called hotel, I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I walked in, the entire stay was a disaster, and it started with the front desk staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted—not by a warm welcome—but by an extremely rude and unprofessional front desk employee. Instead of a polite greeting, I was met with a condescending tone. I immediately felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply checking in. But what really crossed the line was their treatment of my service animal. As a person with a disability, my service animal is an essential part of my daily life. It is illegal to ask intrusive questions or demand documentation for a service animal under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), but that is exactly what happened here. The front desk clerk rudely questioned the need for my service animal, implying that it was not legitimate, and even suggested that it might not be allowed in the hotel at all. To say I was shocked and offended is an understatement. Not only was I made to feel like a criminal, but the staff made me wait in a corner for what felt like an eternity while they "checked" their policies. All of this, of course, happened in full view of other guests, further embarrassing me and making me feel like I was being treated like an outsider. This blatant disregard for my rights as a guest with a service animal is utterly appalling. Once I was finally allowed to check in, things didn't get much better. The room was outdated, dirty, and nothing like what was promised in the photos. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. But honestly, at that point, I was just counting down the hours until I could leave. This hotel not only failed in terms of cleanliness and hospitality, but it also showed a total lack of understanding and respect for people with disabilities. The experience was stressful, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again, not to mention that they charged a $75 dollar cleaning fee, and a $25 dollar "pet" fee. and I would strongly advise anyone traveling with a service animal or anyone who values basic decency to avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve stayed here twice between arriving in Denver and venturing into the mountains. It has been an excellent spot to rest up before heading out. Was able to enjoy dinner and a drink nearby and stock up on supplies.
