NillWas my favorite hotel to stay at because they offered gluten free muffins and bagels in the morning. Having celiac disease, this was the highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, I no longer see those options at breakfast. So I'm giving it 4 stars, otherwise great staff and location!

★★★★★The hotel clicks every button - room, price, amenities, location. I would stay here again.||The room is big, clean, and comfortable. There's good shelving space, a big bathroom, fridge, and plenty of outlets. There was no internal or external noise.||I booked a last second escape from a snowstorm and the price was very good for the Denver area (about $100) - a great value imho.||The free morning breakfast was excellent with near-normal scrambled eggs and tasty sausage / potatoes. They have a waffle maker, yogurt, breads, and pastries as well. The coffee was very good and available in the lobby. WiFi worked very well for me, and there's free parking.||There's not much in the immediate area except a Wendy's next door. It's close to the highway, Colorado Mills, 20-30 minutes to DIA / downtown, and 1.5 hours to Vail. It seems to be a quiet area.

NillI stayed here for fours days while visiting local colleges with my daughter. Overall, it was a great stay! Clean and quiet rooms, excellent breakfast and easy, available parking. The only things preventing a five star rating were two quirks: 1) There was no cold water in the room. Both the cold and hot faucet put out warm and hot water. 2) One evening, there was water leaking through the ceiling in the main entry. Just odd. I would stay here again.

NillMy brother is at St Anthony’s hospital in the ICU and the nurses gave us a paper with hospital rates for hotels nearby. I call on 4/19 around 7pm to see if they have any rooms available at the rate since we are out of state. The man was short and rude picking up the phone and asked if we were staying tonight. I said yes for one night and asked about the hospital rate and instead of saying that they didn’t have any available or answering a simple question, he hangs up on me. I called back and the phone was never answered. I understand if you don’t have rooms available, but coming from someone who works in a place where customer service is taken seriously, this man could’ve had the common decency to answer a question instead of being rude and hanging up. Have your management do better.

★★★★★A family member was traveling for business this week, and stayed at this hotel. She is pregnant, and we know how late-night munchies go. Since she was 1600 miles from home, we wanted to do something special for her after a long trip. I called the front desk, and spoke with the kindest employee I've ever encountered, who arranged to have a team member go to a store and buy snacks to leave in her room as a surprise. Every possible craving was hit, from salty chips to sweet truffles - even Kind bars to grab and go for a long day and some bottled water to drink. They also bought a card and signed my name. They did not have to do any of this, but made sure that her stay was special and welcoming. I'm a proud Hilton member, and we will definitely be making sure we continue to stay with this brand when we travel. You made an extended work trip special for one guest, and we're very grateful for your kindness.

NillWhat looked like blood was on my towel. I didn’t see it until I was drying off after a shower. The receptionist only asked if I wanted more towels. I spent an hour trying to disinfect my room before feeling comfortable enough to be in it. Also, the “breakfast” was average at best

NillBest Continental breakfast I've tasted in quite some time. Chocolate chip morsels for the waffles, omelettes with peppers and cheese, tasty sausage and home fries, very satisfying breakfast. I ding the service one star because they ran out of waffle batter at 7am, which is kinda ridiculous if I'm being honest. I'm the only member of my group who was able to make a waffle, and I think it's unreasonable to say you have to be up and eating at 6:30am if you want a waffle. No complaints otherwise
