★I needed an inexpensive place for the weekend and booked through Hoteltonight.com, which is an amazing hotel booking app that I especially recommend.||||Since I was traveling on a budget and had prepaid for two full nights, I asked the hotel desk clerk, Michael if he could waive the incidental fee. Many hotels will waive it, many will not, yet it does not hurt to ask and my right as a consumer.||||Michael quickly began yelling and I asked him to tone it down to keep the conversation civil. He responded by saying that he would not honor the reservation and if I did not leave, he would call the police. Are you serious?||||I did leave and hoteltonight was able to provide me with a hotel credit at 1am and I was to find an alternative place by 3am. Michael is a disgrace to the hotel industry and certainly this property. He needs to be removed from his job since similar incidents will occur in the future. I highly recommend to hotel management that you relieve him of his duties.

NillLatino lady working the front counter harassed a disabled person, and she told the disabled person she really didn't have disability worthy of any accomodations which was ridiculous, then she went on about her own problems as if they were the only problems considered real. This counter person who bragged of being a manager should be medicated behind a desk never allowed to deal face to face with a single paying customer.

NillIf you have high expectations or are requiring high-end services, this is not the place for you. This is basically a truck stop/construction worker hotel (main reason we were there too). If you need a place to sleep and keep your things. This location is advertised as having breakfast; they DO NOT. This wasn’t a big deal, but it sucked because I always had to leave to get food. I didn’t have any problems with staff. Our window didn’t have a screen. They were nice - especially the person with purple hair.

NillThis trip was very unplanned. My father is passing away, and I had to hurry and get here. I was able to book this room very quickly and it was cost-effective thank God the people at the front desk are very nice. I was able to do a late check out because my flight is leaving late from my last day and I get time with my father, they expect him to pass anytime. I’m sure he will go before I leave. I thank God that Econolodge is here for my time of need. They have been great for me. They really did a good service. The room was quiet. It was clean. It was everything I needed and the bed is actually comfortable. I’ve spent more money on High and hotels, and the bed was actually not nearly as comfortable and the pillows were great. I suffered from back issues and I will say I actually would love to know where they got their bed from because my bed is not even comfortable.

NillOpted for this property to save some money, but it turned out to be a mistake. Upon check-in, the receptionist at the desk was surprisingly rude without any apparent reason. Despite not smoking, we were sternly informed about a no-smoking policy. (As we came in 2 women were smoking right next to front entrance. No smoking was definitely not enforced) Our simple request for a ground floor room was denied due to booking through a third party app, claimed it's against their policy. There are no elevators, and the hallways were also unkempt. The initial night felt reminiscent of my college dorm days with loud music, eventually ceasing after a complaint. The rest of the stay was thankfully uneventful. However, there was no breakfast despite being advertised, and amenities like laundry, ice, and vending machines faced issues. There was a small refrigerator in room but no microwave or coffee machine. Attempts to request extra towels and toilet paper were unsuccessful due to the absence of staff at the desk, leaving another guest waiting for check-in over 20 minutes. Make sure you check out at 11:00am, if not the front desk person will come bang on doors. I overheard him telling one customer that they charged $30 for every 30 minutes past 11:00am check-out. My advice: Spend the extra money and opt for a different place. The only positive aspect was the bed - clean and surprisingly comfortable.

NillIf you’re looking for cost effective with no frills this is the place for you. We stayed for four nights, each of which was an adventure. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean this isn’t it. nasty carpet in the halls with weird bumps all over the place, it didn't appear to be vacuumed. The wall paper is dirty and looked to be about 40 years old. If you need ice well the ice machine doesn’t work. Coffee pot in your room, nope. Iron in your room, nope. So, you want housekeeping service? We were told it’s once every three days, never happened had to empty my own trash and go to front desk to ask for towels but you have to have the ones from your room to exchange one for one. The small children running amuck behind the front desk is a feature I’ve not experienced at a hotel until now and the mom is kind of well let’s just say not customer focused. Coffee service is limited to from 6-10am but if once the single airpot is empty it’s over. The staff fill their cup first. Oh the website says they serve breakfast but they do not so make alternative plans. The dining room for breakfast had a bed sheet covering the entrance, real classic look! Lastly no need to bring your swimsuit because the pool is closed too! This facility does an excellent job at offering the very best of nothing. In the end it’s not worth the savings. It’s should rebrand itself and rename this place THE LAST RESORT!!!!!!

NillThis hotel has policies. Every reservation company that we go through says that you need to call the hotel for our policies. No physical card/id no room No physical credit/debit card with name matching id no room. Every person that has left a review bashing me and my kids are people who couldn't harass intimidate or get what they wanted from me. My job is to uphold policies and do my job as I have to. This harassment and abuse continues there will be lawful steps taken. Have a blessed day .
