Great hotel with kitchenette. Full size fridge, stove, real silverware, dishwasher and microwave. Pillows were typical flat down so brought my own foam. Beds were okay. I have severe insomnia and heard every little thing as I'm a light sleeper. There was a tapping in the pipes when someone ran the water. Breakfast is included. They serve scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, some other things. The staff made it all worthwhile though. Very friendly and accommodating. Great coffee across the alley 1 minute walk called Colorado Coffee Co. Cinnamon rolls and Breve Latte were superb. Also walking distance from good pizza, burgers, pubs, and Mary's Cookies.

The best place I've ever stayed! Everything is, modern, and clean. Normally I roll my eyes when I hear free breakfast but they really have a good variety to satisfy everyone and well kept. The staff are all super friendly. They have an indoor pool, gym, and laundry with a great place to lounge by the fire out back! Despite the rooms being incredible, this in one hotel that I like exploring in. A++

I just got home from my stay in Loveland Fort Collins. Exceeded my expectations! The staff there was very welcoming.||The room was spotless and felt more like a mini apartment than a typical hotel room. Everything felt new and clean, which made this stay enjoyable.||Super convenient location. I was able to stroll over to several great restaurants without having to worry about driving. The area is perfectly safe, and good eats last minute. ||The value I got for my money here is was solid! Great service, great rooms, and a great location at a price that didn't break my bank account. This will be my to moving forward in the LFC area!||If i had to say something negative- lots of young adults that my wife would not approve of me staying here without her!

Now this place was a hit or miss. The website told us a room would be $160 however we were billed $200 It is a very beautiful establishment and it is well taken care of. However. The rooms have a large heater next to the bed, it is very rattly and loud. The TV remotes are hysterically crunchy and very used. Weirdly enough we had no cold water closer to the early morning. The oven was still not clean and still had food left over from the last person who stayed. The shower was very terribly designed. It had a piece of glass next to the shower head and the rest is open. I recommend putting towels on the floor in the front because it does get very wet. On a better note the pool and breakfast were very delightful. I probably won't be booking a room with this hotel again,

We were staying at the Towneplace in Loveland to attend a family wedding. Unfortunately we never made it to the wedding because of a medical crisis. I slept between the hospital and the hotel. I let Jerrett know of our situation, which was critical, and he made me feel comfortable and secure while staying there. Jerrett was understanding, empathetic, insightful and supportive! It was a gift to be able to relax and unwind between runs to the hospital.|The room was comfortable, breakfast was adequate. But most of all the staff were all considerate, always helpful and cheery to everyone. The Townplace is a warm, welcome place to stay.|It's an excellent location with restaurants within walking distance. I suggest Henry's Pub! Thanks again to Jerrett for your understanding and support.

Breakfast is a delight. Fantastic coffee, which is very rare for most hotels. All the staff are fantastic. Room was extremely good. Very clean, nothing worn, great sheets, comfortable bed. Super view of the mountains. Also wonderful atmosphere. A gem for being downtown.

Jarrett was the perfect example of what management should be. He was attentive, professional, informative, and all around a genuine person. Debbie, in charge of breakfast, was so willing to help and being a Tampa sports fan was a plus! Great stay!!

Positive: Hotel employees who took care of breakfast things were excellent. And a good attitude and they were still efficiently keeping food out for us. The staff at the front desk were always very courteous and helpful. Negative: We had to call maintenance to fix our ADA room shower wand and the sink stopper didn't open very well
