Confusing property! Stayed there 2017 and it was declining but not bad. 2024 it is like something out of the Shining. Front desk people are very nice, beds & pillows are comfortable and clean, towels were brand new. Dove products at sink were nice. Our first room scared us to death as a swarm of moths flew at us as we opened the door. Front desk girl very nicely gave another room facing the interior. The ones facing the sketchy parking lot made us nervous. Our room looked if had been partially remodeled than they gave up. This place has a lot of potential but will take time and money to make it habitable. Read the reviews, the 1& 2 stars are all true!

When we walked into the room, there were dead bugs on the floor. However, the bed was clean as was the bathroom. We slept fine, but probably won’t stay again. Fairly run down hotel.

Our stay was June 24, 2024. This hotel is under major reconstruction. This would not be a problem if it were disclosed on the website at the time of booking. There is no "breakfast available",as the restaurant is completely gutted.The indoor pool has tarps and raw plywood around the perimeter. Some people were letting their kids swim in it anyway, but I would not have gone near it. You would think they would renovate a few rooms at a time, and have guests stay in rooms that were already done, or at least neat enough to be used. Please see photos. The lamp shades in our room were all cut up. The carpet had bizarre stains in bright red and blue colors. The toilet-paper holder was falling out of the wall. The hair dryer, though functional, had burn marks on it that looked as though it had experienced an electrical short. The entire place had a 'funky' smell. We stayed one night on our way home from California - we had already driven 8 hours and already had this reservation as our overnight spot. I have never given such a low rating and am generally not picky, but this was ridiculous. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet. Our air conditioner worked. I am seriously annoyed that the construction was not disclosed at the time of booking, and that we were charged the full room price for "amenities" that did not exist. No restaurant, the "gym" was the exercise equipment scattered about in a chaotic and sketchy way in what used to be the restaurant. I have never been so disgusted by a hotel in my life. It was just my husband and myself, and we were exhausted, so we made it work - but this is not a safe place for children nor a 'nice' place to stay. Perhaps when the renovations are done - but I personally will not return.

5 to 6 years ago used to be a great hotel. Now it just ran down horrible disgusting place don't leave nothing in your vehicles or anything on top of your vehicles or it will be gone by morning people that leave their luggage on top of their vehicles it's gone no matter what I would never stay there ever again

Flys everywhere. Woke up with dead ones in my bed. Gross. Housekeepers apparently don't really clean much. Walls paper thin. We had adjoining room door (I think that is what it was) and you could see underneath into other room. I dusted things off and I shouldn't have had to. Beetles were in our room. We had two queen sized beds. One was fine and the other I had needs to be thrown away as mattress dips to center so badly, too the point of very uncomfortable. I barely slept because of bugs and mattress , and we were traveling 750 miles. I am on disability and the bed made my chronic pain worse. Only hot scalding water in sink too. No cold water in sink whatsoever. We checked in late and by 7-730 maintenence (I assume) was working on a room next to us, which sucks hearing constant talking from them and power tools when you don't check in until late at night! Plug in for our cell phones was a pain in butt too. Really had to maneuver to get brick to even fit. The only excellent thing about this property was the desk clerk. What a sweet girl. I would like to thank her for being so awesome and easy to talk to. Definitely should have asked for money back. Wish I got more photos but too tired and have it in me. Do not recommend.

They were a bit run down. However, during my visit yesterday, I found they are doing complete remodeling. I can't wait to see what it looks like when they are done. I'll be reposting and relating when I visit back.

BEWARE!!! This is the most horrible place I’ve ever seen in all my hotel experiences. Upon arrival, you’ll notice the front desk is unattended. Your lungs will immediately fill full of black mold. Note: Search “Black Mold Risks” in any search engine and you’ll start to think of your health and your family’s health - this is serious! After this lovely health risk experience, your lungs will continue to fill full of various odors containing the bacteria of previous guests. Again search “Odor Causing Bacteria” and prepare to loose your lunch. Before closing your room door to discuss these heath violations with the owner, you’ll notice the walls and even ceiling are in need of TLC asap before a serious, if not fatal accident occurs. Save your health and your family’s health before considering saving a buck here… there are better places to stay. Highly Recommend to AVOID this Hotel!

Nothing is right about this motel. For starters, the outdoor Ramada Inn sign does not illuminate. The parking lot is full of potholes and has gravel spread all over the place. Supposed to be pet friendly but not a blade of grass to be found anywhere-not even weeds for a dog to do its business.|DO NOT BELIEVE THE WEBSITE.|Early check in: We requested an early check in for a first floor room with a king bed. At 2pm when we arrived, the room was not ready and did not know when it would be ready. As we were taking a "down day" and needed the rest, we accepted a queen size bed (which was really a double size bed). ||The pool was down and had been down for over a month with no idea of when it would be repaired.||The fitness center was closed indefinitely due to repairs with no sign of repair being made.||The hot breakfast consisted of hot coffee and nothing else-not even hot tea or chocolate. While the room has a refrigerator, it DOES NOT have a microwave. ||The laundry consisted of one washer and one dryer with the dryer not working. Makes it almost impossible to do laundry.||The room itself was ok at best. The desk does not have an electrical outlet to connect a PC.||In my opinion, Wyndam needs to withdraw its association with this motel or force to close until it repaired to meet Wydamn's high standards. Please for your own sanity, do not stay here!|||||
