Comfort Inn Denver West Arvada Station

I booked this room for my daughter when her apartment's heat was turned off for repairs. She told me about the room and said while the location and front desk service were good, the room was another story. She said the bathroom wasn't very clean and she couldn't take a bath as the bottom of the tub was streaked with black. The walls of the shower had black spots and all the fixtures looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Additionally, there was no soap. The walls throughout the room were spotted with what looked like food. The drapes were filthy and the cooling and heating unit was dusty and pumped out smelly air. She checked the filter and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned or changed in years. I stay in Comfort Inns a lot and they are usually very clean. But this particular hotel needs to retrain it's housekeeping staff.

Everyone was super kind and very accommodating. I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name that helped me but he went over and beyond. Very kind and helpful! The beds were super comfortable as well as the pillows. Rooms were extremely clean!! Everything was perfect!!!

The hot tub's busted, but otherwise, it was pretty sweet. If there's no hot tub, then why's there a spa pool heater next to the deck covering a hot tub? I booked this hotel for surgery and was told there'd be a heated pool and hot tub. The pool was barely warm, and the hot tub is clearly covered up.

My car broke down and I suddenly needed a room for the night. I opted for a nearby Comfort Inn and it did not disappoint. The room and staff were delightful and the entire place was very clean. Breakfast buffet was decent, had several choices. Pricing was budget friendly (~$100 per night for 2 queen beds, on the night I stayed). The only downside was it was close to a major highway, I-70, but the noise was not too bad. If you're a light sleeper, this could be an issue for you. They have rooms on the other side so...that could work. Also the walls were a bit thin and I could clearly hear the occupant snoring in the next room...but I'm sure I paid him/her back with my sleep induced, sinus issues as well.... Again, I was, overall, very pleased with the staff and the accommodations, especially with it being a budget-priced hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to use the breakfast area tables/chairs later in the evening to eat dinner and play games.|It was a bit noisy in the room/hallways as we were over the pool and near the elevator.|Overall, it was as expected for the price.

Staff are so nice! Handucap rooms a little small with power chair but doable.very clean nice pool.

A great value! Room was very clean and updated, with nice amenities. The dispenser bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and body lotion by the sink were very handy. I usually only use my own brands, but thought I would give them a try and I was very satisfied with the results. The hot breakfast had a lot of choices and was well stocked and good.

There is a lot wrong with this property. The next morning I asked to speak to a member of management. I got to talk to the GM. Please note guys this hotel is very old. You must consider this when making a reservation. The list of this was extensive. They had lost two housekeepings and one maintenance employee. So notes were taken people headed up and I am completely positive things were handled. This manager has been there over a decade, this shows she liked red
