Super 8 by Wyndham Windsor

Nice enough place however the owner who lives on site and the GM are not so professional. Had a nice long stay spent over two grand but when it came time to check out and had an asthma attack help was nowhere to be found except for the maid service whom felt it was necessary to stand tapping her watch with an irritated expression instead of offering a hand. Gratitude is something this place does not understand nor does it express it. Like I stated before I spent over two grand didn't get any help out the door but rather got complained about and then was accused of doing things that I did not do behind my back without an opportunity to defend myself. So if that's the kind of treatment you're looking for then this is your place. I can offer this The rooms are clean but then again I cleaned my own for almost a month by my choice which I don't recommend you do. Due to being accused of doing things that you didn't do without the respect of a conversation or an opportunity to defend yourself. Jay You're welcome for bringing down the screen and bringing it to your attention that it was bent in about to fly off the building. You're welcome for the money. You're welcome for me taking care of and cleaning my own room. You're welcome for not being a pain in the ass, you're welcome for not doing drugs. Nothing says thank you for staying with us like a nice backstabbing. This place seems to thrive on soap opera like behavior. So if that's your cup of tea.... Then by all means enjoy your stay.

This was the second time I’ve stayed there in about two weeks. Alina was amazing. I so appreciate her.. The lady that was there last night was also amazing. I was putting in room 109 which was a handicapped room. The reason I was put there. I cannot climb stairs. This was such a nice room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and warm. I will definitely stay here again.

The second day we were there, we came back from being out all day. When we came into our room, housekeeping had definitely been in there, which was good. However, I had a bottle of Dr Pepper that I KNOW we didn't drink that was no longer there. I did start doubting my sanity.... until the next day when we came back to our room and this time we had left some chips ahoy cookies that only had a few missing from the container when we had left and the entire container was MIA. Not only that, but housekeeping had replaced the dirty towels, but unlike the day before, they did not make the beds. The fresh towels confirmed that they had been in the room. Makes me wonder if they also went through our personal items? We will not be staying there again.

I have not stayed yet as out tripe is coming up in a couple days, but I had to call and make a couple adjustments to our reservation. Alina helped and she was absolutely fantastic. She was so informative and helped with making the adjustments I need. I am really looking forward to our stay just from how wonderful she was over the phone.

This hotel is safe, the cost was reasonable, the rooms are clean, breakfast was good (I’m gluten free and I was able to find something.) I will definitely be coming back to stay, it was an hour north of Denver prices and close enough to the highway. |Just because of some of the other comments-Some people have mentioned the curtains and needing renovations. The curtains did not bother me because they closed and if I wanted to stay in a newly renovated hotel I would not of paid the great price they had. I’m looking for clean, safe and positive staff and if that’s you this is it.

Alina at the front desk was fantastic. Sure has been extremely helpful during my entire stay. She deserves a raise or management position for sure. She's an asset to super 8 and the hotel chain. Thank you

A quiet hotel which was kind of a nice surprise. Seemed and looked clean. I did like the security cameras located about.|I do say that I do not understand and seeing it more and more, the absence or removal of smoke detectors from rooms. Also shower curtain falling off wall.

Positive: The staff was super nice and helpful for all our needs. Negative: Would like a sign on main road as the new carwash blocked the site and drove by it. Also couch was too soft for us older people to get out of easily.
