I got caught in a snow storm at night on my way through town and had to stay for the night. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a little pricey for a Thursday night in my opinion ($150) but I was stuck and had no other choice. Breakfast was decent. They offered waffles, an assortment of breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, breads and bagels, prepackaged oatmeal and of course coffee and tea. The morning desk clerk was even kind enough to come out and help me navigate the parking lot in the snow.

Staff was nice, breakfast was okay. Parking was easy. My issue was the room was dirty. Tons of crumbs, broken lamp, dirty walls, dirty mirror, stained sheets. Very cold when we checked into our room, the heater was completely off. One of my friends that stayed there had left over food in their mini fridge.

One night stay with 3 adults. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Bed very comfortable and room was clean. Great location with a lot of options. Hotel newer and for its small size has everything that is needed. Small fridge and microwave in the room.

Stayed because a fire evacuation from our home. Under the circumstances the stay was pleasant, the rooms nicely equipped, the breakfast adequate and seating comfortable and the facilities pleasant. Glad we had this available to us at an unpleasant time.

Very wonderful staff and atmosphere. We asked for dinner recommendations and the concierge did not disappoint giving us several options based on quality and distance. When we were there the pool and restaurant were closed for a personal event so we weren’t able to experience it and can’t speak much on them. The room was fairly standard and clean. The beds were comfy and the air conditioner in the room was fantastic. Only downside was that there was no bathroom fan and the WiFi connection was a bit weak. Over all, it was a nice stay and we would stay there again.

Absolute trash. Arrived late, was tired, needed a few hours of rest. Paid in cash. The receptionist charged me $250 plus a deposit of $100. Went in the back room and "lost" a $100 dollar bill then miscounted and demanded more money. Since it was late, no choice but to pay up. Come morning time she simply tried to say "be safe out there" as if she forgot the deposit was refundable. Refunded my $100 dollars after checking the room. Room was not the cleanest to begin with as there was some random clump of hair on one bed and stains on the bedsheets. Called the hotel the next day to complain. Told them "check your video footage. You have staff ripping off customers." They told me to subpoena with the police and a lawyer to check the footage even though they have access. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Don't go there unless you're looking to get ripped off.

Luckily I came and the pool was clean and so was the hottub I loved that part . Price was a bit high for the outdated stuff in room but I feel it gave a cozy vibe /country vibe i paid about 170 for 1 night .if u have pets its 20 bucks per pet .i really do like they have 6 $ shower and swim options 😀 that was unbelievable locals were telling me so if ur camping this is a nice option. Carful with vending machine as u have to buy one item at a time and spits out alot of change if u put a big bill in . There are no elevators so be prepared to have a semi leg day lol It's 50 /50 for me i feel like it was a decent experience my mom and sisters did say the room smelled like old peoples house but I have a bad nose and couldn't smell nothing 😅

Ok, the good stuff. Patio rocks and one can see Pike's Peak. Cassie, who works evenings, is really nice. Morning dude... 😕 Rooms were clean, price was competitive. Plenty of parking and great non-traffic access to grocery store, etc. pool and got tub is a bigger than normal size and yer kids should have a good time. Not-so-goof stuff. If we looking for queens on the double rooms be of note that they are full sized though comfortable. Our room had an exposed electrical outlet behind the beds, water is hot, place is a tad dated though quaint. No elevator 🛗 so anyone who has a challenge with stairs keep that in mind. The breakfast is subpar. Waffles, fruit 🍎 🍊 🍌 is it. Yogurt, 2 cereals, coffee and not tea nor hot chocolate. No 🥚, sausage, 🥓 nothing like that. A true way old school Continental breakfast. If yer lookin' for more substantive breakfast you may wanna try a local diner, McDonald's, etc. The attached cafe is adequate and though the burger smelled great and asked for medium, they brought it out over we'll done. The salmon as very dry as well. Side note: Remember you are circa 9,000' elevation and yer O2 is a premium. Drink TONS of water and zero caffeine, also smoking is gonna kill you and at this altitude... BAM! yer on the ground. WARNING: Yer not gonna be able to walk long distances so PACE YOURSELF! Road trips will take longer bc of mountain roads and yer gas mileage will drop. And #Charis is 5m away and THAT IS A BONUS. Would I stay here again... 🤔 Maybe. It's not horrible at all, simply and slightly subpar. Blessings to all.
